I was blown away by the service and cleanliness and not in a good way. The lady taking our order was rude (I won’t say her name) and the place is filthy. Definitely not Chikfila standards. Do yourself a favor and go to the Chick-fil-A down the street. Truly disappointing and I rarely feel the need to leave a negative review.

Better quicker faster goes with them. It’s a small location but still liked it. This location not that big but had good traffic of people.

Again, Employees was fast and determined. It has NY city vibe, nice place if you living close by specially if living HYATT hotel, it’s about 6 min walk.

I haven’t had good experiences at this location. I work at the mall, so it’s convenient for me to come here, but my order is made incorrectly almost every time. The ice cream machine also needs attention—the ice cream comes out watery and icy.

I do like that this was heavily seasoned and slightly overcooked, gave a zing to it that I liked and I’d like to shake the cook’s hand. My -1 star complaint is that it was so crispy that half the patty fell on the floor after taking a bite so I couldn’t devour everything.

Really dirty/neglected dining area even though there were not many customers. Told an employee the trash was overflowing and he said “cool.” Trash and crumbs all over tables, floor, counter, etc.

I had a quick meal and it was a solid experience. The chicken sandwich was fresh, crispy, and tasted great – simple but satisfying. The waffle fries were hot and crunchy, and the Chick-fil-A sauce really brought everything together. Staff were polite and the service was fast, even though the place was busy. Overall, it’s a good spot if you’re craving quality fast food.

Even when it gets really busy, you can see how hard everyone is working to do their job right, and I truly appreciate their effort. Got a cold mac and cheese was for my son then asked if I can wait for another one i was told it would take 30min i said ok then a women named Baily said no there isn’t more I said ok can I get a coupon to get a medium mac and cheese somewhere else she said no we dont do that I have never dealth with someone so rude in my life.
