This was my first bad experience at Chick-fil-A. My stepmom and I went this morning right when they opened, and we were the third people to order. She ordered a biscuit, hash browns, and water. We waited much longer than expected, and when we finally received the meal, the order was incorrect. I’ve never experienced this at Chick-fil-A before, so it was surprising. I hope they can improve their timing and order accuracy in the future.

The waffle fries were soft and barely warm, sandwiches were leaking through the inner sleeve in the box and so moist the buns were falling apart. Haven’t tried Chick fil A in years. Will not try again.

I was driving so unfortunately. There’ll be no pictures this time. But I had the new chicken tenders meal, with the cherry Sprite. Really enjoyed the cherry sprite, but the cup wasn’t big enough… I’m not sure whether I forgot to order a large drink or whether it only comes in that size… Which was like a medium. Either way, they both were great. And I’d recommend trying them.

I stopped in for breakfast at Chick-fil-A and was thoroughly impressed. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious just the right start to the morning. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, second to none. They make you feel like more than just a customer. Consistently shorted fries at this location. I’ve previously reached out to the restaurant directly regarding fries being shorted, but feedback doesn’t seem to have changed behavior. This was supposed to be a large fry. There are barely more fries than the kids meal ordered. Never had any issues with the Pump Road location but 288 continues to disappoint.

This review is for 288 west broad street location at short pump/goochland area . Couldn’t seem to find it on google. But I am a loyal chic Fil a customer, check the records seriously but I am getting tired of ordering a Large fries and getting Small or medium quantity. Just got in and sat down to eat and this is what I pulled out. Like no joke. Yall got to do better. I’m sure that whole container should be filled and no… none was spilled out nor did I eat any on the way home.

On a road trip and we stopped in here, service was amazing.. everyone really on top of it. A little packed but plenty tables available and clean! Id reccomend stopping here for a meal.

I went through the Chick-fil-A drive through today at the 288 West Broad Street location (Richmond). I had a wonderful experience with Tyler who took our order. He was so kind and friendly and was extremely on top of the order. We ordered 10+ items and everything was right and he was so quick to get it all down and keep the line moving. He made sure to read the order back to make sure it was right too. His friendliness was extremely appreciated too! Definitely recommend this location!!

Really good for a new restaurant. Staff was nice, the atmosphere was amazing with tons of Christmas decorations. Really modern way of handling a fast food restaurant. It can be confusing at first when pulling in due to the drive thru kinda cutting through the parking lot.
