Though the food is good and I’ve noticed an improvement in the worker’s friendliness and customer service, today marks about the 7th time this store has gotten my order wrong.

As someone with severe food allergies, I make it a point to tell the workers what ingredients I CANNOT have. Yet, out of every chicfila I’ve ever been to, this store is the only one who CONSISTENTLY gets it wrong. I often get bacon in my food even after specifying I can’t eat it due to my religion, I often am missing ingredients, I often have ingredients I didn’t even add- all of the above- and it’s very frustrating. Because of my allergies and diet restrictions, each one of these mistakes makes the food no longer consumable for me. I have to either drive it back to get it switched or throw it away. Once, I drove back to switch my salad which ended up coming with bacon despite me saying I cannot eat it and they made it with bacon AGAIN. Today, though I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken came fried. Also, my boyfriend was missing the bacon he ordered with his sandwich. I understand mistakes happen but when it’s nearing 10… i just don’t know what else to do to make sure my food comes back correctly . Most times, the drive through worker WILL read back my order correctly so I don’t think it’s them. I’m guessing the workers making the food are the ones messing it up. I understand it can be difficult to keep up with every detail working at such a busy fast food restaurant, but I’d truly like to see this issue improve.

I went through the drive-thru to pick up three mobile orders for my family so everyone wouldn’t have to drive separately. I was parked to wait — fine. But when I received the bags, two entire meals were missing. Not small items. Entire tenders and nuggets meals. I had drinks, but no tenders, no nuggets, no fries.

When I went inside to address it, instead of correcting the mistake, an employee immediately insisted he personally bagged the order and “knew” everything was in there. He asked for my receipt and then made me walk back across the parking lot in the cold to bring the entire bag inside so he could inspect it himself. It absolutely felt like I was being accused of stealing food. That was embarrassing and humiliating — especially considering this was THEIR mistake.

After he checked the bag himself, he saw the meals were not in there like he claimed. There was still no apology. No acknowledgment. Just “you’re all set.”

When we got home, nuggets were STILL missing from one meal. There were no sauces, a sandwich was missing bacon, we were given two ketchup packets for three meals, no napkins, and the Cobb salad was noticeably thin. The milkshakes were melting because of how long this dragged out. The fries were not fresh. The drinks were watered down.

As a very loyal customer to chick fil a , this was BEYOND disappointing. The errors were bad enough, but the attitude and lack of accountability made it worse. Customers should not be treated like they’re dishonest for pointing out a mistake. Buddy needs some training. Bad.

Disappointed I drove almost 20 minutes to come here. My macaroni and cheese was burnt and my chicken nuggets were not fresh first impression is everything I had to get my food remade and when I got my chicken tenders, they were still pieces of plastic or something on my tenders. Please uphold the integrity of Chick-fil-A because today you all made it look horrible. I am grateful that they remade my food though, and my milkshake was great.

This place acts like Chick-fil-A sauce is liquid gold. Order 3 nugget meals along with a chicken sandwich meal and only gives 4 sauce cups. Not the first nor the second time either. Drive closer into the city for a better Chick-fil-A experience.

I have been to this location several of times. But lately the quality of food has been poor. I am not sure if staff is rushing because they get extremely busy. But not topping off the fries and filling the container halfway..just throwing the food in the bag. And now today it was my drink I asked for a sun joy and what I got was definitely what was left of what ever they had my drink was literally like a slush of pulp. I recorded a video of my drink but I can only post pictures. People come to chick-fil-a and pay good money for the quality of the food there should be no reason why we should have to experience less definitely disappointed.

Patiently Waiting
I am reaching out so someone from the corporate office can give me a call. I was discriminated against because Inam black at this location and I have it all on camera. The person claimed she was the manager so Inwould like someone from the corporate office to speak with. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am considering a civil suit for discrimination. The photo attached is what I had came in to pick up. After she found me recording it took her two seconds to back up four chicken nuggets and a lemonade drink. The video I am unable to add.

I ordered today and I usually don’t write bad reviews but sometimes it’s necessary like this. I understand that it was late, yes, but to be petty and add in something else that I didn’t order doesn’t sit right with me. It was just pickles but it makes me question the workers that are in the back making the food. It’s not that big of a deal for me but for other people they have allergies or have sensitivity to certain foods so you could potentially get in trouble for that. Also it makes me question if these people have ever done something gross like drop the food on the floor pick it up and serve it to the customer or spit in peoples food. I just wouldn’t come to this location anymore.

This location is horrible to their employees! They have no heaters for them to stand under they cant wear gloves or ear covers its freezing and snowing outside and they make them stay outside.. All while the managers stay nice and warm inside. Smh
