I recently visited Chick-fil-A, and it was a great experience from start to finish.
The location is incredibly convenient, making it a great spot to grab a quick meal when you’re on the go.
As always, the food did not disappoint. The Chick-fil-A sauce is, without a doubt, one of the best sauces I’ve had at any fast-food chain—it’s perfectly tangy and creamy, and it pairs perfectly with just about everything on the menu.
I went for the chicken strips, and they were absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside—just the way a chicken strip should be.
The seasoning was spot on, and they were cooked to perfection. It’s great to see that even in the fast-food world, Chick-fil-A delivers such high-quality, flavorful food.
What also stands out is the friendly and efficient service. The staff was attentive and made sure the experience was pleasant from the moment I walked in.
The atmosphere is always welcoming, whether you’re dining in or grabbing your meal to go.
For fast food, Chick-fil-A is definitely one of the top choices.
Great food, great service, and a solid overall experience.

My GF and I got hungry before having to get on the highway and noticed a chic fila in richmond city.
No line or wait so we stopped and I ordered us a couple sandwiches and a 4ct chicken tender.
The service at the register was highly lackluster and felt “rushed.” For example: after each item i ordered I was immediately asked “does this complete your order?”
Soon afterwards I was told my order was completed and ready.
After we got on the highway I noticed we didnt not get the 4ct chicken tender order.
7/22/25 – ordered between 3-4pm.
ALWAYS CHECK your food with your receipt to verify. I got complacent!
Sandwiches were good tho.

The staff at this Chick-fil-A is the best I have ever encountered…polite, friendly, super helpful. And fast! It was lunch time, drive through was packed, dine in was packed and our food was still out in under 25 minutes.

Girls need more support as when they have travelers there seems to be issues with stress and fulfilling orders correctly and without trying to shake blame onto customer. Made a simple order while a traveling soccer team all ordered wraps. I did not order a wrap. I was told because they charged me for an iced and would refuse unless repaid to correct my order

Brand new the week of 4/24/23. There are only 2 high top tables inside but The James Center lobby has lots of comfortable seating in the beautiful lobby. Very clean space. Friendly staff and quick service. Both meals I had there the first week of being open were as good as any other Chick-fil-A I have visited. I am betting the one star review is a fake one from a rival business close by that is threatened by the competition. Looking forward to eating here in the future!

Went in after work to grab dinner and got home and the chicken nuggets weren’t cooked. Had to throw them away. Please cook food throughly. You will make people sick serving undercooked chicken.

The service today in this location was below expectations. I waited over 10 minutes for an order of fries. Upon asking for a refund the manager said if I would just wait a moment they would be up. She shortly handed me my fries. I said thanks and she looked at me and walked away.

I love chik-fil-a, but I am not happy in this location for couple of reasons 1. They don’t accept Chik fil a gift cards. 2. They served soda at least half full of ice, so drink is gone soon. It has happened couple of times, and I started ask for less ice. 3. Spicy chiken was not spicy like in other locations. 4. They don’t have chik fil a rewards.
Place is clean. Although there is less sitting area inside, there is option to sit outside too.
