Be prepared to wait a while, especially if doing drive through. Staff is polite and all but the setup is poor. The menu at the drive thru is down a ways and staff will come up to your window to take your order before you can even see the menu or any prices.

I love the staff this location is always friendly. I order ahead on the app and have always had the right food. The drive thru can be busy at lunch time. If you go a little earlier you can get through fast. Love their food. The chicken soup is the only thing I get when I’m sick. Fries are always a favorite.

This location is an embarrassment to the Chik-fil-a brand name. Their service is slow. I pull up to place and order at 6am, the time it says they open. I sat at the menu board with no answer. This should’ve been my sign to leave. I drove around and waited for them to open when the manager felt they should? I ordered my food and then sat at the window for 10 minutes for a simple chicken burrito. When I placed my order they girl asked me if I wanted condiments. I told her mayonnaise which they did not include in the bag. I was down the road when I realized this. I was already irritated from waiting so long that I turned around to go get a refund out of the principle of the situation. When I went in and asked for a refund the young man didn’t ask me why or if there was a problem. The manager was standing 10 feet from him and he didn’t acknowledge that there was a problem. He just gave me a refund and I walked out. There have been several other times I have went to this location and the service is slow compared to other locations. The nearby McDonald’s beats this place in service.
