Chick-fil-A is always a dependable place to eat. This time, the kids’ meal didn’t come with a toy, and I wasn’t informed that they had run out. I usually substitute the toy for ice cream, and although they did provide the ice cream, I was disappointed that there was no notice or explanation regarding the missing toy.

Chick-fil-A ranks highly in the fast food category. While other fast food restaurants have gone downhill with both food quality and service, CFA has maintained a high standard for both.
Nothing fancy, just consistency, which is hard to find these days with most anything.
Always been a good quick go-to lunch spot regardless of the location. Often stop by during work days and the family also loves it.

I tried to give this location another chance and they keep disappointing me. Stale bread, overcooked chicken with the breading knocked completely off, cookie was hard as a brick and the wait time was unbelievable.

I talked about this problem with the staff too many times now but I think it’s time to leave a review. I’m not usually complaining but HELLO why my chicken bow soups always come without chicken lol. I mean do I have to remind the staffs every time I order it? Please add the chicken in the bowl or YOU can change the name to CHICKEN-FREE noodle soup or Faux chicken noddle soup then people won’t be disappointed:)

I feel crazy saying this, but I felt like I was in an alternate universe where everyone is happy and all the cares of the world are gone. I know Chik Fil A prides themselves on customer service, but this was a whole other level. Genuinely thankful for the food and mostly for the community overall experience. I will definitely be a return customer. Whatever you’re doing, keep it up!

My husband and I stopped in on a road trip. I ran into the bathroom while he went through the drive thru. There was no toilet paper in the stall and then I guess there was a glitch when taking our order (even though our card was charged) so we sat there while the runner was taking orders to the other line over and over and even cars in our line behind us. No one bothered to wonder why everyone else’s food was coming out but ours. When we told him we should be next for getting food we got the whole “not my job” excuse. Then a women came out to ask us what our order was. We repeated it, she leaves and a minute later returns with a bag, but just before my husband drove off, I had to stop him because she failed to put the sauce for his nuggets that we asked for in the bag. I’d also swear she gave me a regular coke when I specifically told her diet. Maybe that’s not a big deal, but just one more irritant in the whole situation. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER AT A CHICK FILET!

My husband and I went to chick fila after a very long hard day, all I wanted was a sundae to make it all better! I had for a craving for a brownie sundae! When we got there they took our order and said they couldn’t guarantee it but that they made a notation and to pull forward. We hadn’t even pulled all the way up yet and here comes Khziah to ask me exactly how I wanted my sundae! Not only did she make me a sundae, she added whip cream, a cherry, and some chocolate syrup on top, it was the best brownie sundae I’ve ever had!! Khziah went above and beyond to help turn my night around, and that she did! We will definitely be back for brownie sundaes as long as Khziah makes them!! She deserves a raise for her sweet act of kindness. 1 small act of kindness makes a huge difference especially when someone was having a horrible, no good, very bad day… Please pat her on the back again, and tell her Ally said thank you so so much for the best damn brownie sundae a girl could ask for!!

I thought Chick-fil-a could never let me down. I was wrong. I’ve always had a positive experience with Chick-fil-a until I attempted to place a “catering” pick-up order. The only reason this order was to be placed as “catered” was because of the volume/quantity (120 nuggets). I was still picking the order up at the restaurant. I couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t able to switch from breaded nuggets to grilled nuggets on the app. I called the restaurant, and I was informed that grilled nuggets aren’t available for catering orders, but I was offered grilled sandwiches. I told the employee I didn’t want the grilled sandwiches because of the added cost of GF buns that are now +$1.70/each. She reiterated that grilled nuggets are not offered on the catering menu, and that I could order the largest serving of nuggets from the standard menu (30) and multiply it however many times I’d like. HOWEVER, the price-point is not the same. I would have paid MUCH more this way. Why can’t I get a MENU item at the catering quantity?!? This makes no sense what-so-ever. They make these every day, I’m not asking for anything special. Needless to say, I will NOT be using Chick-fil-a catering services in the future.

I usually dont leave reviews, but this location will get your order wrong every single time. I just had a baby and our friend got nit delivered. We felt terrible because we KNEW it would be wrong (which is already frustrating when we are running off of fumes with a newborn). Surprise, surprise, wrong. There is never any sauces in the bags (and yes, they are on the receipts). My grilled chicken sandwich was wrong, Diet Dr. Pepper watered down and fries half full. This is the 6th time an order at this Chick-fil-A has been wrong. Heck, my mother in law went by to get breakfast sandwiches in October (while visiting from out of state), and they got the order wrong and didnt include a sandwich. This Chick-fil-A will never put the sauces in the bag, orders are usually 70-80% wrong, and they seemingly do not care. If you are in town, I’d pass on this Chick-fil-A.

Food was good establishment was clean for the most part, reason behind the 4 star rating was waiting 17 min for chicken nuggets thay didn however give us a free brownie we didnt ask for so that was a nice gesture but fact still stands at 17 min for nuggs
