I’m from the west coast so this was my first visit to any Chick-fil-A. I was not impressed. The food is marginal. I was told to expect a very predictable, well managed, experience. Well, the urinal was out of service and the bathroom in general wasn’t clean; not a sign of good management.

I came to order French fries before 10:30, because im pregnant and literally the only thing I can stomach is French fries from chick fil a. Anyways, i tried to order French fries, which I was more than willing to wait and pay extra, but it was denied because it was before 10:30. Which is honestly insane because almost every other location will do it but this one.

Makes me feel invaluable as a customer amd makes me NEVER want to spend my money here. Oh and waited in like over 30 mins

The chicken on my breakfast sandwich tasted old. The cashier was really kind but they tried to charge me 40¢ for a single teaspoon (not exaggerating) of cookie crumbs for my parfait.

Ashland has better service and Eastern Henrico better food and service.

If you’re looking to eat some good fried or grilled chicken sandwiches and meals – then come to Chick-fil-A!

Food: I ordered the Chick-fil-A minis which I love and there was nothing wrong with my order. I received my meal at my table fairly quickly.

Atmosphere: This location was clean and spacious inside. The bathrooms were also organized and clean.

Price: The price you pay is normal for fast food restaurants.

Parking: Parking is easy to find here. They have plenty of parking spaces.

Who ever the manager is she needs a refresher course in how to treat her employees and customers so humdrum. Ordered breakfast this morning the lady taking the orders outside was super nice the lady making the drinks was awesome always greets with a smile. but the food needs some work. Burnt chicken about 10 hash browns and they aren’t cheap.

We stopped at this location on a trip- mobile order pickup through drive thru. Food was perfect!! Had enough sauces!! (Many locations do not give the amount of sauces listed in our mobile order, so it was great!)

What is the point of choosing mobile thru if it always takes longer than the drive thru? I need someone to help me understand. I try to be proactive and use it and end up stuck and late to where I’m going. AVOID!
