We had to wait a few minutes after ordering to get our food but it was freshly made. The staff is nice. Definitely a good place to stop to get a fresh sandwich, waffle fries and a cold drink.

My son and I make a stop here probably one day a week for breakfast. It’s generally very timely and accurate. There was only once when I had to return to drive thru because they forgot a food item. Overall, meals are typically well prepared and presentation is on point.

Ate in the restaurant. Food was good but the flies…. It was like all the flies in Charlottesville came there and had a party, left there kids, and some…. A lot of stuff was sticky there. Tables counters etc…. Might need to switch cleaning products. The door idea for the drive, great idea but it may have backfired at this location. May want to get one of those fans that blows air downward to keep out the bugs.

Love the food and the speed of the order. I didn’t really get a chance to interact with staff, but only when they brought the food. I have had better Chick-fil-A encounters, as I wasn’t even offered the sauce. Overall, it was a good experience.

Horrible customer service. They didn’t have anyone on front counter at 9:45am and a manager was just walking around doing nothing I saw a kitchen person that was wearing headphones while putting butter on biscuits very unhygienic finally a lady in a red shirt takes my order and didn’t really know how to ring it in. I got charged for a lunch fillet instead of a breakfast one and she rang everything separately which is more expensive when I asked for a meal. Didn’t ask for sauces or repeated the order back. When a different person delivered my order to my table I was missing a whole meal, I came to the register and so many people were also waiting on their orders as well. It was a bit frustrating because the manager that helped didn’t know how to do a refund and had to get someone else which at that point I wasn’t even hungry.
