I love Chick-fil-A and usually have great experiences. However, today when I ordered through the drive-thru, I clearly gave my name to the cashier. When I received my order and arrived at work, I noticed that instead of my name, a question mark was written on the order. If there was any confusion, I would have appreciated being asked to repeat or spell my name. It’s a small detail, but it affects the customer experience.

We went through drive-thru we hadn’t ate all day we got a grilled chicken wrap the nuggets fries and a chicken sandwich. My 4-year-old and 2-year-old started saying their belly hurt not even an hour later then started having diarrhea. Later that night I started throwing up Non-Stop and had a terrible headache we all got food poisoning. I didn’t see anyone wearing gloves or washing their hands. i ordered online but it took an hour. I gave them a call to maybe see if they haven’t received it but the first call they didn’t answer. i thought to myself they were probably busy so i gave them a second call which took 3 minutes to pick up but once they eventually picked up, i hear two girls laughing and hanging up. i’m not even mad they took a while but it’s the fact i hear two girls laughing before hanging up. They hire anyone now a days. food is yummy though so don’t change that from the service :)!!!

Yosi meet us with a smile and his personality was perfect for the job. He delivered excellent customer service. He got our drinks for us and within minutes delivered our food to us.

I literally put on the app that I wanted a hot grilled chicken market salad with corn added to it. I end up getting cold grilled chicken, and on top of that they gave me beans which I did not ask for. It even says on the receipt that I got hot grilled chicken with no addition of beans. My pictures will be attached to this review. All I’m looking for is like a refund or anything that can satisfy because I came 1hr and 20 minutes before them closing. I called several times before they closed, but no one was picking up. I have to now separate the beans and warm my chicken up .

Every employee at Chick-fil-A is fantastic, but Tanner is really the best of the best not only when she’s so helpful to me, but she did it with a great attitude and I’ve never met anybody at Chick-fil-A who works as hard as she does

I’m a doordash driver and this store is the only store where you can go in and employees just look at you like you’re dumb. Meanwhile you sit there for 7 minutes over time when the bag of food is sitting on the counter The staff here needs to get off of their phones and pay more attention

Bryan was amazing great customer service above and beyond we got our food quick and when we where leaving we where getting a refill he remembered what our drinks where from when we first got in there while the store was busy 10/10
