I have gone to several Chick-fil-A’s in various parts of the country.
Decided to go to the Harrisonburg Chick-fil-A for breakfast as I recently moved here for a job. I was extremely surprised with the very small portion.
The amount of food barely covered the bottom of the bowl.
Won’t go back.

Definitely one of the most consistent fast food places ever. The staff is always friendly and efficient, even when it’s busy. I’ve been here multiple times and they have never messed up an order.

This was fine. Two out of the three chick breast fillets were quite small compared to the third and the usual. Otherwise the chicken was fine. The fries were lukewarm and not fresh.

The lines are always long but move remarkably fast. We went in to order and stretch our legs. Our turn to order was quick and we received our food soon after. My son accidentally poked this straw though the bottom of his cup while we were wait. The lady taking an order to a table noticed and right away helped, then got him another lemonade. We didn’t have to ask or anything, she just jumped in to help. Love there customer service! The food was awesome and satisfying. Bathroom was clean. Good place to grab a bite.

Normally I would rate 4 or 5 stars. However I found out something today that affects my opinion of the local Chick fil a. They partner with JMU and give free nuggets when football or women’s basketball wins. Be aware fans! They’ve changed their policy without warning. You have to buy something to get your free nuggets! Not that JMU students and fans don’t patronize them enough. Now they have to be greedy and REQUIRE you to buy. Maybe JMU should find a new sponsor!

Worst Chickfila I’ve ever had. Stopped off the exit on the way to an event because the map showed it as a quick detour. Cheese, chicken, bread, fries were all as cold as if they had just been pulled out of the refrigerator. Very disappointing. Had to eat something and didn’t have time to turn around. Not the experience you’d expect from a Chickfila.

Can’t tell u how the food is because I do t eat here don’t see the hype of this place but ok came here today to pick up a door dash because I deliver for them and I was waiting at the pick up spot no employees were around the were at the drive through talking the one manger started to come towards me so I showed her my phone she said ok then ask me for the name I gave it to her she gave me my dash order and as I was leaving I heard her tell another employee that she didn’t want me to come back first of all o don’t ever eat here and second I have customers that order from here that’s the only reason I even come towards this store and I told her that I heard her real ignorant to say that when I never said anything bad or was mean or disrespectful to her she doesn’t like her job she should find another one
