Drive thru is a nightmare. I do like how they bring orders out sometimes 6 cars out, however almost always I’m missing sauces which is a bit annoying. I’ve have a few issues with food items in the past as well, ordered 2 fillets and they jammed them both into one sandwich bag and then one fillet was all ripped up because of it.

Chick-fil-a will always be my favorite. The food is delicious and the service was very kind and efficient, they always make you feel welcome. Whether I’m dining in or going through the drive thru everything runs nice and smooth. The perfect spot for a quick meal!

I’ve been to maybe 100 Chick-fil-A locations across the country, and I’ve always felt welcomed and treated kindly. However, this location was very different. I visited twice while in the area, and both times I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.
None of the staff—cashiers, drive-through workers, or people bringing food to the table—greeted me or showed basic courtesy. It honestly felt like I was being treated differently, and that was surprising and disappointing because Chick-fil-A is usually known for great customer service.
I hope management looks into this and improves the customer experience here

This store was super helpful with a time sensitive large order issue! I appreciate the person who answered the phone, listened to my dilemma, and helped me resolve the situation. On 02/09 we placed an order through the drive-thru. After checking the food items a simple mistake was noticed. We ordered a 8 piece grilled nugget. The label on the top of the food container stated that contents were to be an 8 piece grilled nugget. The container actually had Mac-n-cheese inside! We ran back inside to make a quick change of the Mac-n-cheese for the nuggets. When explaining this to the front cashier I was told “Well did you order it right”. I explained that I did, showed the receipt & the label located on the top of the food container. The cashier huffed, took the food out of my hands and very curtly threw the container in the trash. Thankfully, they did provide the nuggets. Overall, this is not the first time we’ve experience attitude from the teenagers working at this specific chick-fil-a. I do not know what is occurring but there is a lack of professionalism with this location.

Stopped here driving down I-81 on my way to a hike on the Appalachian Trail. I am never disappointed in the food. Best chicken as far as I am concerned. I don’t have Chick-fil-A in my area so I make a point to stop when I know one is around.

Don’t get me wrong. This Chik Fil A has good food and great service. My two-star review is on the layout of the parking lot. Picture a squared bottom “W” with the top closed in. The left side is an Exit Only and I actually went the wrong way today so I could park. The middle is a small lot with only one way in or out. I had to back out of it today because there were no spaces open. The restaurant sits at the top of this middle fork. The right side of the “W” is the drive thru lane but it’s also the only way to get to the rest of the parking lot and out that Exit Only. This is usually very crowded and you often have a long wait to 1. get into the lot to begin with, and 2. find the second lane that leads you around the front of the building and to the rest of the parking. The drive thru is always crowded. There used to be another way in to the lot but they have blocked this off.
My recommendations based on multiple visits: Don’t go on weekends or holidays (especially school days off) or at main meal times. Don’t use the drive thru. And don’t park at Chik Fil A at all! There is a hardware store sharing this shopping area and it is much easier to park in their lot and walk over. I don’t know how they fix this major problem. I have reduced the number of my visits so I don’t have to face this aggravation.

Unsatisfactory Experience at Chick-fil-A
I’ve been a repeat customer at this Chick-fil-A location, but my recent experience was genuinely awful.
It was 5 PM on a Monday, and the drive-through wait was unbearable. I have never sat in that line for such a frustratingly long time before.
To make matters worse, I clearly placed an order for a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and a coffee shake. My order was completely messed up! I received a basic, plain chicken sandwich on a stale, rock-hard bun and a shake that was totally flavorless.
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of quality and the poor service during this visit.

Had a delicious meal today at Chick-fil-a. The employees were very nice and polite. The sitting area was clean. I choose the Cobb salad with Avocado Lime Ranch dressing. The greens were crisp and the Chicken was hot and a good combination that was a little different than my normal Blue Cheese dressing. It was a good change up. I would recommend this as a place to grab a bite to eat, no matter what side you are on or you life choices. Food was delivered with a, “God bless” Eat more Chicken.
