I’ve been in chick fil a for 30 minutes and only one of the employees have spoken to me. I placed an mobile pick up order and have watched several people get their food before me. I don’t like to make things about race but every other customer outside of my race has been helped. I’ve yet to be spoken too while I stand under the pick up sign

My son and I went here the other day before my doctor appointment. I had never really eaten at one before, thinking I wouldn’t be able to chew properly. Well, now I’m sorry I hadn’t before. He got me nuggets, Mac and cheese and a sweet tea. I was so surprised that they were chunks of chicken and not the normal processed pieces. They were delicious and so was the Mac and cheese. Well pleased and sorry that all the times we went to the Beckley, WV and Cumberland, MD locations that I didn’t eat. Sometimes I would have the waffle fries but that would be it. Now, I can’t wait to go again. Maybe that’s what I’ll have later today in Morgantown, WV after my appointment. Also to say wonderful people work with the company at all sites we’ve been at. Thanks for your service.

Went for dinner around 6pm to dine in. No wait at register. Friendly service. Brought our 3 orders to the table with no errors. Food was hot and delicious. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. Great experience.

Had a delicious meal today at Chick-fil-a. The employees were very nice and polite. The sitting area was clean. I choose the Cobb salad with Avocado Lime Ranch dressing. The greens were crisp and the Chicken was hot and a good combination that was a little different than my normal Blue Cheese dressing. It was a good change up. I would recommend this as a place to grab a bite to eat, no matter what side you are on or you life choices. Food was delivered with a, “God bless” Eat more Chicken.

Every time I come here, the lemonade taste old, the chicken looks old, and my receipt always has some “special” code or funny word like “grape drink”,on my receipt. It’s almost like their is a code for people like me to get all the old stuff. I saved all my receipts and crossed referenced them with my white neighbor, and he has no “special” code or memo. But all mine do, and I’ve never asked for something special or “jogger”, yet its on my receipt. The place has no diversity or colored employees. The managers are all rude and do not say thank you or anything at that. Just a blank stare. Very rude. A bit racist if you ask me. And I’m a veteran. My brown skin bothers them i guess.
