This is the best Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. So clean. The staff all so very polite and friendly. They care and it shows. Our lunch was fresh, fast and exactly right. It seems crazy to leave such a good review for a fast food place, but the folks here are killing it.

Stopped at the Chick-Fil-A in King George, VA and it was awesome. It was a hot day so I decided to order ahead on the mobile app, and it was quick and easy. When I arrived at the restaurant I was surprised by the different style and decor of this particular location. The store wasn’t like the usual Chick-Fil-A, it was “open” and inviting. Gone was the view of the kitchen and workers quickly running about to o serve their customers. The sitting area was also open, clean and welcoming. All staff that I encountered were friendly, professional and courteous. Had a lovely outdoor lunch sitting on the patio with a gorgeous red umbrella to cover me. Truly a fantastic dining experience, and when I come back through the area I will not hesitate to stop for another dining experience like no other. Enjoy!

The food as always was delicious, and the service was very friendly. The restaurant is clean and appealing, but it was so cold in there that it was impossible to enjoy our food. We asked about it and told that it was a result of the takeout window, but there must be a better design option. It completely ruined our experience.

My family and I was traveling back from out of town and we stopped here for lunch. We were greeted as soon as we came in. Very friendly & clean. I noticed when we were leaving they had a “save our sauce box” right at the door I’ve never seen that at any other chick fil a. Sometimes it can be rare to see this type of customer service but I want to thank the team for providing my family and I great customer service.

This place is always so clean, the staff are truly kind and friendly as opposed to fake kind and pretend friendly. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and their Cobb salad is the best salad I’ve ever had. I love coming here and will always recommend it to everyone!

The service: Excellent today. The young person behind the counter today (Cody) made a special effort to connect with me and be present in his task of making my order and the order experience perfect. Thanks Cody, you succeeded.
The physical plant: this is a new store. Excellent modern design. Extraordinarily clean (no surprise really) and comfortable. It is actually a place of peace here! I don’t want to leave.
