I ordered a Mobile pick up on the app and went to go get it on my way home from work, a drove all the way home only to realize I was missing a sandwich, so I told my husband to go get it and I called the store…. I called the 540 number not a corporate number and for whatever reason it went to corporate, after being on the line for 10 minutes, someone finally answered only to tell me she couldn’t help. My husband called me to tell me that he was there already and someone had helped him, but that person seemed to not believe him and was not friendly at all, just put the sandwich on the counter and walked away not letting him know it was his order or anything… tried calling the store again to see if I could clear up the situation, again there phone system is so weird! So it was easier to write a review than talk to someone at the store.

So I asked for honey butter on the side. I didn’t think it would be such a problem. They gave it to me this time, but they said they wouldn’t do it next time at that location not really understanding what the big deal about ordering honey butter on the side to have with the chicken minis . keep in mind it’s literally butter I’m not asking for much . customer since 1987, and my experience has always been nothing short of a pleasure. Every single visit has been a delightful experience, from the food to the service. The food is always cooked to perfection, the drinks are always made exactly as ordered, and the store is always clean and well-maintained.

We stop here once a month on our way to visit family and usually everything is great but the nuggets this time tasted like either the oil got too hot and overcooked the normally perfect breading or needed to be changed. Fries were still good so maybe the nuggets were cooked just a little too long. If we had eaten in, I am sure they would have replaced them so next time we will check before leaving the drive through.

This Chick Fil A location used to have amazing service and food quality. This is now the third time I ha e come to this location, and my food and experience were NOT what Chick Fil A is usually known for. I paid for extra cheese, and I guess that translates to no cheese on the salad at all. I tried to get it fixed and was told, ” it’s a blend.” The blend must be invisible because it is non-existent in my salad. I went in to get it corrected and was handed a little cheese. Meanwhile, I PAID for extra cheese. ♀️. I guess I will add them to the DO NOT GO LIST. I would rather take the extra ride to the Central Park location. They are WAY BETTER

Since this Chick-fil-A is on my way to work I stop by several times a week. The service is amazing the food is delicious as always but a recent change is more than a little annoying. I realize with eco-trends and things like that a lot of companies are switching to products that are more biodegradable like paper cups instead of Styrofoam. However I had come to depend on the styrofoam cups to keep my drink cold while working all day. And the new paper cups unfortunately are bleeding color with condensation. I know I’m just one person but I thought I would share my opinion so you are aware of the issue.

Nice Chick-fil-A. More on the smaller size. They have a play room for kids. Beautiful Christmas decorations and music. Food was hot, tasty, and served quick. Their lemonade taste slightly different but wasn’t bad. Friendly service overall. Limited condiments available in the dining room for guests. You have to go to register to ask for napkins, ketchup, mayo, etc….cost control maybe.

However, I was disappointed with this evening’s meal. Haven’t opened the sandwiches, but the fries should be full. My 2 large orders are 65% full. Also, the to go bag doesn’t close, my food was cold when I arrived home. I expect more from Chick-fil-A. My family and I love their food. If y’all are reading, please make changes. Thanks

*Additional Update: Called and explained the issues and Marc was helpful and stated he’d give us our missing sandwich the next time and 2 correct large fries. The travel from our rural home is 40min round trip. So, we’re not going today. Split my sandwich with my spouse. *

This CFA is always on-point… Great service, excellent food which is piping hot and fresh, and comfortable, clean dining room. The drive through is typically crazy busy, but it goes quick. But if you don’t want to wait in the drive-thru, go inside, it’s even quicker!
