Great service, quick and easy curbside pickup. I tried the new Pretzel Cheddar Club Chicken sandwich and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. The little creamy mustard packets make all the difference!

It’s really irritating that this is what 2 large fries are from this place. I get home is this is what I paid extra for. I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened for many years and they’ve always been stingy with the fries but this is absurd.

This branch is very impressive, unlike the 2-3 other branches I’ve visited.
– It’s a kid-friendly branch, featuring a children’s zone that’s about 15ft x 10ft in size, as well as organizing events for children on certain days and times. The restroom has a step stool for children to reach the sink to wash their hands.
– There are many staff members who constantly walk around, asking and taking care of customers.
– The indoor seating area has about 20-25 tables for four people, including regular tables and a counter bar. There are 3-4 tables outside.
– It has a separate parking area from other plaza zones and a drive-thru.
– The restroom has tissue paper, soap, hand sanitizer available, as well as a diaper changing station.
– The day I visited was Thursday around 6:30 PM. The restaurant was packed and full of children, with only about 2-3 empty tables. The drive-thru had a continuous queue of at least 5-6 cars.

– This branch is suitable for families with children but not for people seeking peace and quiet because there are quite a lot of children who are noisy and running around everywhere.
– The restaurant size isn’t very large, and the interior space feels quite crowded and cramped.
– The staff at this branch seem to be very well-trained. Everyone constantly asks about customers’ needs and satisfaction and regularly cleans various areas.
– If you plan to buy food via the drive-thru, you might have to wait in line for a while because, as far as I could see, there were a lot of customers at that time.

It should be illegal to have sliced this piece of chicken and then decide, you know it’s fine. Even though it’s meant for a 8 pound chihuahua, I should serve this scrap to a human. I have not stopped laughing at how little thing piece of chicken is on this sandwich.

They take the extra steps to greet us by name and provide the best service we have ever had with any other Chick-fil-A. Caitlyn R’s the female manager brunette is so miserable and unhappy she takes it out on everyone else.
Caitlyn refused to provide an appropriate replacement for a soggy cold chicken sandwich and handled the situation with noticeable rude, mean attitude.
Caitlyn R responded in an unprofessional, mean, rude, dismissive, inappropriate manner.
Caitlin the manager lied and instructed employees to not help, which created an uncomfortable environment for them as the employees did not agree with her.
The leadership starts at the top, when the manager is telling employees to be rude then it trickles down ruining the place for everyone.
Caitlin should not be the manager.
This behavior demonstrated a lack of leadership, accountability, & no customer service skills.
Corporate will hear of this, and I would encourage other customers to report their bad experiences as well.

I was in a pinch and dropped by for a spicy chicken sandwich. I usually avoid Chick-Fil-A because they backed off of their Christian values. When I pulled up to pick up my order I overheard a male of African decent speaking to a coworker about “a white girl”, which didn’t really offend me but did inspire me to do some research and come to find out: Chick-Fil-A actively discriminates against Caucasians (many of whom are kids..) via DEI initiatives. Gross! They will never get another penny from me.

The number #5 grilled chicken meal is my favorite. I also really enjoy the sauces. This location is very clean, fast, and has great flavor. The staff are amazing and always ready to help. I think that’s why it’s always busy. There is a play area for kids. Thank you!
