I’m disappointed that I came across a long strain of hair, that seems to be lodged in between the piece of chicken and the batter. Meaning someone was careless while breading the chicken. This makes me sick. Usually you all provide exceptional food items, I’m not sure what is happening lately. I’d also like to note, a couple of days ago, I purchased a drink and waited for my Uber to arrive. I felt like I was being watched by the manager, who sat behind me. I noticed that as soon as I stood up to leave, he also stood up to go back behind the counter, where he was the first time. That made me super uncomfortable as a young Black woman, and I hope this message reaches the team, and a discussion/training is held on prejudice behavior.

Sad to say, this was the first bad experience we’ve ever had at a Chic-fil-A. We ordered tenders and they looked like they had been… fried twice or something. Very brown. Tore off the worst parts. Employees were definitely not as friendly as they are at the many locations we visit in many different states. Fries were good. Line moved pretty well. Hopefully just one bad day.

It’s a chic fil a, you know what you’re going to get. Fast ordering at the drive thru, quality food, the spicy chicken sandwich is actually spicy and not drenched in pretend spicy sauce, and the waffle fries are very waffley. Also – unsweetened iced tea and lemonade. Yum!

This was my first time visiting this location. My chicken sandwich was good, but it was the smallest chicken I’ve ever received from chick-fil-a. The guy that waited on us was really nice and helpful. It was very clean inside the building, so I would definitely eat here again.

I am vegetarian, they are for macaroni and cheese french fries a fruit cup a parfait salads.. they have milkshakes think they have ice cream also. My daughter and I’d go there often because I can get what I want and she gets her chicken. The staff is always friendly in the services quick even if the line is long.

Got the new watermelon mint drink and there was hardly no ice so they where basically room temperature and honestly it wasn’t THAT good. Me and my cousin drank ours but definitely won’t get them again and our mamaw hated hers and for 8$ it was disappointing. The people where pretty nice though just the outcome of our order was mediocre.

This Chick Fil A location is dope. The chicken was actually crispy. Let’s be real, nobody is going to CFA for crispy chicken, despite what every commercial for the place says, but this place has that crunch. Eric was a knight in shining armor, taking the helm of a grand wooden ship in the midst of a storm. He was taking orders, slinging lemonade, and throwing sauces around like a champ. Let’s get this kid a raise.

Planned a trip from Norfolk to Annapolis with this Chick-Fil-A as a lunch stopping point so that our two kids could play at the indoor playground — only to arrive and find that the playground is not only closed but completely dismantled with no apparent intention to reopen.
