Just went through the drive-thru I had gift cards that I got for Christmas I planned on to spend very little money and pretty much eat for free I ordered a 8 piece nugget meal and then I was going to get an eight-piece nugget for free and purchase myself the fries when I handed team member the gift cards he told me they were only redeemable at the location that it states on the card I then reached out to my boss who reached out to the person he got the gift cards from from the Chick-fil-A up here in Ocean City and they are in fact redeemable at all locations so when I called Salisbury location to tell the manager about the situation he pretty much just said he didn’t know why that the kid did that didn’t try making up for it. Horrible value for the money. Ordered a grilled sandwich combo + 8ct nuggets and it was $18.9x Ok, maybe if good and filling, but then when I opened the food I was shocked. The sandwich was slider sized (the bbq packet is almost the same size) and cold. The nuggets again were no bigger than a bbq packet (8 cfa nuggets equals *maybe* 3 nuggets from competitors) they were also cold, and barely coated. Not only that 5 of the 8 nuggets were an odd gray color inside instead of white. Maybe they’re using a mix of thigh meat and breast meat now for nuggets?? That would explain the weird texture if thigh meat.

Sad to say, this was the first bad experience we’ve ever had at a Chic-fil-A. We ordered tenders and they looked like they had been… fried twice or something. Very brown. Tore off the worst parts. Employees were definitely not as friendly as they are at the many locations we visit in many different states. Fries were good. Line moved pretty well. Hopefully just one bad day.

I’m disappointed that I came across a long strain of hair, that seems to be lodged in between the piece of chicken and the batter. Meaning someone was careless while breading the chicken. This makes me sick. Usually you all provide exceptional food items, I’m not sure what is happening lately. I’d also like to note, a couple of days ago, I purchased a drink and waited for my Uber to arrive. I felt like I was being watched by the manager, who sat behind me. I noticed that as soon as I stood up to leave, he also stood up to go back behind the counter, where he was the first time. That made me super uncomfortable as a young Black woman, and I hope this message reaches the team, and a discussion/training is held on prejudice behavior.

I went thru the Salisbury MD drive thru around 12:15 pm. It wasn’t too busy for the lunch hour but I waited in line a bit for someone to take my order, there were 2 lines and 3 out le employees were standing around having a conversation. The person in front of me needed to see the menu so it was taking a little time. A young lady finally came up and asked if any I’ve had taken my order, not sure if she was from the group of chatters or not but I appreciated. I asked for an 8 piece nuggets entree only and a large diet Coke with light ice. The people in front were still not finished with their order..I think they had a car load of little ones. When it came time for me to drive up to the next employee to verify my order, it was wrong, She had entered a meal. She told me to drive up to the window and explain this to them. I had to wait a bit for the family in front to get their order..3 kiddie meals bags and 2 other bags and to explain the situation. After explaining the situation to the 3rd employee she said she would issue me a refund and then charge me.. After she did that she handed me my bag and my light ice diet Coke. When I pulled away I looked, the cup was filled to the top with ice!!!so much for light ice and their pleasure…I didn’t think anyone said that today either. Id say that visit was a strike out. Employees outside chatting and not helping customers, wrong order entered and a cup full of ice when I asked for light.
