This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chick Fil A. I knew I was in trouble when the car in front of me took a very long time to order. The teen taking the order had to keep going back to them over and over. I am not lying that I sat in the same place in the drive through line for 15 minutes without moving an inch. Then another 10 minutes of crawling through the line, and the line was not even that long to begin with! I asked one of the order-takers what the issue was and she said a couple of cars had “larger orders”. Looks like the restaurant would plan for that. I’m never going back to this store.

I recently started stopping in at this location and they have a good system with getting orderes to everyone in the drive thru. My issue is when ordering a salad, they forget to add the side item like the nuts that goes with the salad. Otherwise, it’s a pretty decent experience. I just need to make I check my bag before living the drive thru.

I choose to compare this Chick-fil-A to other Chick-fil-A locations rather than compared to other restaurants since Chick-fil-A is infinitely better than almost all other fast food establishments. The service was good for the lunchtime rush. However, there was a small mix up at the window, which deleyed our order even if only for a while. The mac n cheese was good but not excellent. The fries were excellent. The Spicy Chicken Deluxe was average. However, I thought it was not spicy enough. I really liked the funny cow out in the front. Would go again.

I went through the drive through and asked for mustard on my sandwich. Not only did they not put it on the sandwich but didn’t even give me a packet of mustard in the bag… this has happened a few times already. I guess from now on in the future I will simply hold up the drive through line until I verify that I at least get a mustard packet in the bag

We are from Virginia and went to visit family in Mt Airy when we stopped by this location for lunch. The service was 5 star spectacular, there was a lady who was so kind and helpful with my niece and nephew. We left so happy!

Great Chick-fil-A. Honestly, any other fast food restaurant would have gotten five stars for service. I seem to hold Chick-fil-A to a higher standard. This one was much better than most QCR’S.

This is my local Chick-fil-A. Sad to say, there is a lack of consistency in quality and service at this location. My order has been messed up a handful of times; food/dressing/utensils missing, 3 “egg+cheese” biscuits that came with bacon and sausage, and tonight, after spending $62 for family dinner, I got the skimpiest side salads I’ve ever seen from any Chick-fil-A. The young woman at the window responded as if I’d never ordered a side salad before. I wish I could post the pictures of mine and my daughter’s half full salad containers. My 9yo daughter who was in the back seat could see how the young woman was toward me for pointing out the salads….”mom, she looked at you like a Karen.”
