went in for a quick lunch and was impressed. i don’t usually leave reviews but please ask for Brad for any assistance. he was consistently around the area asking for everyone’s needs and looking to better their experience as his store. he even made sure to stop in the bathroom to make sure everything was clean and full for the customers. Brad needs a raise. and this country needs more Brads.

Rarely would I write home about a Chicfila but don’t think I’ve been to a better fast food restaurant. Food was all cooked perfectly. On top of that the restaurant itself was top notch. Top quality equipment and finishing that was well maintained. You can tell whoever is running the place cares about the product.

Very nice place, I love how accommodating the drive-through lanes are to solve their biggest issue of the line being wrapped around the building. Somehow, they managed to take 15-20 minutes to get an order prepared for me and 4 other vehicles. To the point we had to pull into a parking spot with no one else in line. The food was amazing as always, and staff was the friendliest, but the organization and communication between staff members to speed things up was not very good. Still recommend due to being so new.

Typical, delicious CFA food. The napkin station was very bare and out of most items at 6pm on a Friday evening. Otherwise it was clean and tidy. Seemed like they were a little under-staffed potentially.

Easy drive thrus, clean place, great customer service. Everyone and a while they’ll get something wrong or my order will be missing something but they’re always very quick to make it right and I appreciate it. So def a usual spot!

Newer place in a busy section of Hagerstown. Not a fan of crossing the roadway to get onto the East bound I70. Good food. Great service. Large 3 lane drive through.

This was one of the best Chick-fil-A experiences I have had. This team did an awesome job even after a long and busy opening day when I came by at 9pm. Everything was cooked perfectly. The only small issue was jalapeños on my pimento chicken sandwich instead of the pickles selected in the app. All in all a very small thing compared to the overall wonderful experience.

Super nice, new CFA store. Well planned location with a ton of parking and 3 drive through lanes. One of the lanes is for mobile orders so it is much faster to go through. Food was delicious and hot, can’t go wrong with the classic chicken sandwich
