Ok I’m about to give a review about a restaurant chain that I love that I’m not too happy about. My wife and I never visited a Chick-fil-A where the food was warm and the restaurant had very little clean tables to sit. I would give a pass if it was extremely busy but that was not the case. Maybe this was just an off night but either way not a great visit for us. My wife didn’t even finish her fries and she always finish her fries. Sorry Chick-fil-A but this time you get this bad rating but I’m sure you’ll bounce back.

For once it was not super busy, just busy. The space inside is always a little tight, but the food and service were good. Some of the best lemonade that you will find in fast food. I jave never been a waffle fry fan but my 15 year old daughter said they were good.

I came in yesterday (5/26/23) and placed a very large order. I warned the young lady taking the order before I began but she didn’t miss a beat and took my order with a smile. She was so pleasant as were all the team members putting together the order – which was, by the way, lightening fast! I didn’t get anyone’s names but it was roughly 1:30 pm on 5/26/23 at the Urbana location. You guys rock!!! As I was walking out, I made the remark of how nice everyone was here to the lady behind me – she agreed! Thank you for the customer service. It is rare these days and very appreciated.

My wife and I ordered two chicken deluxe combos with two cookies and cream milkshakes The cashier came to our table with chicken sandwiches minus the fries. She stated that she only charged us for the sandwiches and milkshakes. The initial charge was $22, and she wanted to charge us extra for the fries. It was not my pleasure to dine in and I requested a refund. I have better service at the new location on Liberty Road, and I will continue to frequent that location.

This chick fil a, seemed very disorganized compared to other ones. The dive thru is mostly busy, but the inside felt cramped. This could do with better flow for inside orders, suggest expanding it or moving to a larger, more accessible location.

The way these folks handle a colossal double drive thru line is nothing short of miraculous! Fast, friendly service is an everyday event here. The dining room is always packed, so of social distancing is your jam, stick to the drive thru. This is the #1 spot for Christian chicken in Frederick!

The best Chick-fil-A I have been to in the DMV area. Their drive thru service is worth mentioning as one of the fastest and most efficient. I always order numero dos, supreme, with a lemonade. Dank stuff, give them the credit their deserve for being busy almost every hour they are open.
