I should have used my husband’s hand, my hands are tiny… BUT nonetheless:
Great service, but these chicken tenders are kid sized. The other Chick-fil-A has bigger more consistent ones. Considering they’re almost 2$ for one… you’d think it’d be bigger than two of their nuggets put together.

Otherwise everything always tastes fresh! Lol

I wish I took a picture the one time they gave me a tender the size of my thumb. Feeling too nice that day.

I love chick fil a but this specific store always gets my order wrong every time I go. Every time I order a salad with extra chicken they never put in the extra which is not cheap. It’s always something I have a huge list of things they’ve gotten wrong on my order. Please do better on reading the orders in the back. It’s tiring and wasting my money. It suck’s cuz like I said I love chick fil a but they just won’t stop messing up my orders!!! Ugh

Food was lukewarm when we got it going through the drive thru. Also the employee who was taking my order interrupted me mid order and walked away so I had to move up to finish it. The drink I got wasn’t even topped off, but at that point I just wanted to get out of there and not come back. Don’t recommend this location at all. Better off driving all the way to the other one to get good service.

I’ve never been in a chick fil a or even stayed and ate at one before. But I did yesterday after work and I gotta say. Kimberly was amazing! I loved her she was so sweet, kind, and just a lovely person. She may not have brought us our food but she was still amazing. I will 100% come back just to eat in this chick fil a again. Thank you Kimberly for your kindness and making the dinning room so clean and a wonderful atmosphere.

Apparently the owner of this location has no problem harassing employees over their appearance and calling a 17 year old employee gay for having a pierced ear. I mean we all know this company is homophobic and discriminatory at the corporate level but this is just disgusting.

I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up an online order. The Owner/Operator, Dwight Stones, approached my vehicle and asked if I had experienced credit card theft. I said no, as I was confused by the question. He then instructed me to pull forward and proceeded to accuse me of theft, stating that four previous orders had been refunded and threatening to call the police.

I calmly explained that the card on file was not mine, that I am 17 years old, and that I had no knowledge of any refunded transactions. I clarified that the card belongs to my mother and that any refunds were likely the result of a misunderstanding on her end. Despite this explanation, Mr. Stones did not apologize or adjust his tone. Instead, he aggressively continued to accuse me, interrupted me repeatedly, shoved printed transaction papers toward my face, insisted I go watch cctv footage, and repeatedly threatened police involvement.

I clearly stated multiple times that I had not committed any wrongdoing. At no point did Mr. Stones acknowledge this, apologize for the accusations, or de-escalate the situation. When I expressed that I did not appreciate the way he was speaking to me, he walked away from my vehicle mid-sentence.

Later, I contacted the store by phone to request the name of the individual involved. The staff member who answered again accused me of fraud. Mr. Stones was placed on the phone, where he continued to refuse accountability and offered only, “Sorry if you felt insulted,” before hanging up on me.

I found the behavior of both the Owner/Operator and the staff member extremely inappropriate, aggressive, and unprofessional. Being falsely accused of theft, threatened with police action, and dismissed in this manner, especially as a minor, was intimidating and unacceptable.

I usually love Chick-fil-A and always visit different Maryland locations. The Rockville location always offers my dog a small cup of whipped cream, which made every visit special. But the Frederick location has been inconsistent — a few times they let me buy a side of whipped cream, but today I was told “we don’t do that here,” even though they’ve done it before. It’s not about the whipped cream — it’s about the attitude and customer care. Definitely disappointing compared to other locations. To me their food is mid tier quality. But what made go eat there most of the times was how I felt treated when I went. I won’t go back to that location anymore.
