The staff are amazing and the service is so fast! We were leaving as they were about to close and the employee offered us free refills. Everything was cooked perfectly and it is always good consistent quality. I tried a milkshake for the first time and it is probably the best milkshake I have ever had. I always love the chickfila chicken sandwich.

Customer service isn’t so serviceable here! Food is good but customer service is NASTY! I ordered a meal through the app under a saved address that I have use countless times and there system registered a different address on this delivery and my food was delivered to the wrong address! I called and asked to speak to a manger to get this resolved, a young lady placed me on “hold” and hung up in my ear as if she was getting a manager. I called back even more irritated and a guy answered the phone which could have been the manager and attempts to help me with getting this resolved, instead of offering a solution he instantly blames me and quotes I put the wrong address! Took no accountability and wanted me to be at fault which irritated me 3X times more! I am more than capable of ordering food from an app and making sure it was the correct address which is SAVED! in the app! I asked for a refund which he instantly denied and offered to resend my food to the correct address! As a paying customer if I wasn’t satisfied it is there policy to give me the option for a refund! I did accept the order to be delivered to the right address but I will NEVER! And I mean never support this location! Horrible “customer service” I would stay away from this location if I were u guys! A simple fix shouldn’t had been this damn hard!

This location is starting to piss me off. This is the second time they’ve messed my order up. The first time I was missing an order of fries. The second time (today) they gave me a grilled club instead of a pretzel sandwich. Just check your bags and open the containers to make sure you have the right sandwich. Also, the mobile drive thru is a joke. You still have to wait.

I’m resident of the Owings Mills, Maryland, and I choose to go to this location due to their customer service and overall food quality. However, I’ve noticed over the past few months that the quality and portion size have fallen by the waste side. Also, there have been errors that have occurred with my past orders and I chose to let slide. However, to charge me for two large Mac and Cheese sides and to barely fill them up is where one should draw the line. I get that everything is inflated but to noticeably give this to a customer is unacceptable and highway robbery. This place has clearly fallen off and hopefully management will remediate matters like this going forward.

Ordered through mobile curbside. Purchased the Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich w/ Spicy Filet got a sandwich but I got home to find out it was without the pimento cheese. Tried to reach out to restaurant did there was no way to get in touch via the app. Tried to call the restaurant they have their phone disconnected so that there is no way to reach them. Recommend going to the nearby location on reisterstown road instead.

This location is AWFUL what’s the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait 15 minutes once you get to chick fil a ? Aside from that I received poor service , app said the food was ready yet I have to wait an extended period of time to get it. Then my food was COLD AND the girl pretty much threw the bag at my bf .
