This is the best place to bring young kids. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The place is always very clean. The play area is open and well kept. I know I can come here with my kids and it will be an easy lunch and playtime. We consistently see Elsy working in the dining room and she’s amazing. So helpful and sweet. I love that they will come to you and ask if you want a refill which is helpful when I’m also watching my kids play. Overall, I love this location and wish we lived closer.

I started coming to this location because the one where I live has horrible service. I have come to this location 6 times in the last 2 months and each time my order has been wrong. I stop during curbside and drive thru orders because something is always missing from my order. The last two time I went into the store to pickup my food and both times my order was missing salad dressing. I ordered 3 salads total and was only given 1 salad dressing, even though the app order stated 2 dressing per salad. It’s extremely frustrating at this point. I am done with Chick-fil-A altogether at this point.

I’m surprised that the condiments and straws were left out of the bag. Which made for not so pleasing meals. Then, my experience with the management team the following day was a little lengthy. I called and spoke with Chris, one of the managers who apologized for the inconvenience and stated he would replace a portion of my order or the entire order before placing me on hold. Then Jordan jumps on the phone (more assertive than Chris), I explain the situation to him , and he says he’ll talk to the night crew. Then I questioned the replacement of the food offered by Chris. I’m then told that I’ll receive a call back once the owner comes in. Well, my kids eat there almost every day, and on occasion, the order is not right, and I never complain because it’s rare this happens. My kids are very picky and need the condiments and dressing to eat what was ordered. Long story short, I felt that Chris must not have been a manager, and Jordan had to review video footage to see that we didn’t get what claimed otherwise he wasn’t giving me a thing. I could be wrong, but felt the need to post anyway.

Chick-fil-A, in my opinion, has the best chicken sandwich out there money can buy. But the long queues at your restaurant are slowly getting old. I mean I was in queue at this particular restaurant for a good 8 – 10 mins, come on. When the food is too good it’ll attract people, I understand that and I am not complaining.
