Wow, this location has gone down hill over the years. This used to be a stellar location but clearly that has changed. Today I ordered 3 Chick-Fil-A sandwich meals. I bit into one of the sandwiches and got a mouth full of two very long black hair strands. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Normally, I let things slide but this is just one of several disgusting experiences at this location. On another occasion, I ordered a bag of ice. To my total disgust there were multiple pieces of mold throughout the ice. I guess we know they aren’t doing a great job of keeping up with the cleaning standards. There’s more instances of cleanliness issues, but I’ve excused them as infrequent and minor in the grand scheme of things. But with all of this combined in ONE year, at this point, I have half a mind to call a health inspector.

Short-changed me on a delivery. Didn’t give me 1 of my entrees or my sauces. I’m never ordering delivery from them again. My tip, delivery fee were wasted. It took 40 minutes to deliver something 3.5 miles. Missing in the pictures are the sauces or chicken tenders which I ordered.

Slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. It took me exactly 20 minutes to receive a kids nugget meal when I went inside to order. The drive thru is no better. I’m not sure why it takes so long, but this location is incredibly slow.

I always get the wrong order. Today, I ordered a Cobb salad with no eggs or bacon. They put eggs and bacon in my salad and did not include chicken. I don’t think I’ll be going back after this experience. I just put the salad in the trash.

Great service, ordered six meals through the app for pick up within 30 minutes everything was ready to go in packaged up nicely. I forgot my two bags of ice because I was moving too quickly and they followed up immediately by phone, I didn’t want to turn around so I told him don’t worry about it. Manager was so nice, credited me every word on the app. Great customer service

Every time we go to this Chick-fil-A, everyone is always very friendly and the service is great. BUT… everytime they NEVER FILL THE FRIES ALL THE WAY. There have been multiple times where the large fire has been filled as a medium, why pay more for a large when you aren’t even getting more fries? If you go here you might be better off ordering two mediums instead of one large.
