Food was definitely subpar to any other Chic Fil A I have been. Missing sauces, chicken sandwiches tough (probably cause they sat to long) and our fries had non cooked ones mixed in :/ how is that possible. Definitely will not visit this location again.

Friendly staff and nice hot food! Had a huge order and they did a wonderful job. Everything was right. My only complaint is that I wasn’t able to order a bottle of sauce in the drive thru.

Great place, great food, great service! The food is great I love the chicken nuggets and the chicken strips, I’ve also heard that the chicken sandwich is amazing! Their sauces are delicious. Even on days that they might seem busy you will be out in >5 minutes! The place is nice to begain with, and the employees will never mess up a order or be rude. They will make sure to get YOUR order and make sure you will be out ASAP.

horrible drive thru experience, not even a busy time of the day and 8 cars moved through the left lane while the right lane did not move. Once you get in the drive thru you are TRAPPED.

Chick-fil-A is not what it used to be. Prices skyrocketed while portions were reduced. They took out the kids space and the chairs were uncomfortable. Nothing about this visit was pleasant. Most likely won’t be back with the whole family. We can’t afford it.

You have to double check your order at all times doesnt matter if its drive thru or inside. My order is missing things 90% of the time here and its always the people preparing the order at the window because they rush. You also will be sent to a parking spot 80% of the time here which is a hassle. Only Cockeysville and Forest Hill routinely do this.

I love this location and have been getting food from them since their grand opening. Since it’s local, a lot of friends have worked here. I personally have never encountered any issues here with workers or with my orders and my dog, who loves grilled nuggets and ice cream, starts getting excited as soon as we pull in and would probably jump out the window just to greet the workers if I let her. Everyone is friendly and polite, and I enjoy stopping in whenever I can.
