The extra star is because usually this chic fi la does not disappoint but this day they did. My sandwich was looking like this and I brought it back. A worker genesis was very immature and kept making faces to her coworker of how I was returning the sandwich, the thing was the sandwich was not looking right yes, they usually easily replace it. But this particular worker kept making it seem like brining the sandwich back was not a big deal and not necessary.

Great Chick-fil-A – very clean with friendly service.
Only complaints are that it’s super busy and that they designate most of the parking spots for curbside pickup. Many of the remaining spots are in the back where there’s no good walking path to reach the doors – you pretty much have to walk through the driver-thru lane.

I decided to go to this chic villa to grab a chicken wrap and I’m very disappointed in the deception. I always order a chicken wrap with no cheese and every where else I go gets it right. This place decided to add cheese to my order even thou said no cheese. No fuss I decided to just remove the cheese since it’s not melted. As I open th wrap I see nothing but cheese and no meat and it was packed with cheese. I finally seen the meat and it was hardly any at all. Just terrible.

Political and Religious view points could not be further apart for me and mine, but this is about food! Say what you will….. But you can not argue, that this hands down the most consistent, timely, attention to detail food oriented franchise in the business. You will always get your order as requested, and if not it will be fixed! I have visited more than 50 different franchise around the country including many in airports. I am very selective in what I eat, more than most & every time, they got it done! Or fixed it…..side note going with a smile always helps

it’s always busy at this location but they get kudos becauser their turnaround time with orders is fantastic! Drive through lines move quickly, same for dine in. Parking is the toughest part to navigate at peak times, sometimes the kids just have to jump out of the car while it’s moving while you go up to the bank and u-turn.

I don’t know who gassed their heads up, but the chicken be too dry and the fries too stale for all the attitude. One of the ladies (I’m assuming she was the manager) going to try to fight me on sauces. Mind you, I ordered two 4pc chicken strips w/ fries and only got two bbq sauces when I asked for buffalo and ranch. I actually drove back to get the sauce (took me 10 mins) and they were giving me hell. Over sauce!!! I get back to my car and check my bag of new fries since the old ones had gotten stale by that point, and she only gave me one buffalo packet Maybe if the food was hitting on something, I wouldn’t need it. They will never get my money again, deadass.
