Fantastic Service & an Incredible Chicken and Waffle Sandwich!
A group of us from work were in the area for a training class and stopped by the Chick-fil-A in Hunt Valley for lunch — and it was a great choice. We used the drive-thru, and the team member who took our order was awesome. We were a little ditzy after a long morning of training, and he just rolled with it, super friendly and patient the entire time.
We all tried the chicken and waffle sandwich, and wow — it was excellent. Absolutely delicious… sweet but not too sweet, with a waffle that tasted great and actually held together. It was the perfect balance and something I’d highly recommend trying.
Great service, great food, great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I dined in at the Hunt Valley location and requested hot fries when placing my order. Once my order arrived at my table I immediately ate a fry and was disappointed to find out my fries weren’t hot as requested. I informed the manager Erin that my fries weren’t hot and she stated they were hot when they were given to me and there was nothing else she could do. I frequent this location and have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner. Erin does not need to be the face of Chick Fil A.

Upon arrival, I found the establishment bright and orderly, a kind of modern poultry temple: gleaming counters, soft lighting, and a polite hum of well-orchestrated service. The staff greeted me with such radiant friendliness that one might think I had arrived not for lunch, but for a soirée of champagne and petits fours. I do so adore a good welcome.
Now, the food:
Oh! The chicken sandwich—my goodness. Such a simple construction, but sublime when done with care. The fillet was tender and juicy, its breading seasoned with a confident—but not boastful—hand. It had that marvelous crunch that announces itself without aggression. Nestled within a buttered bun, soft and slightly sweet, it created a harmony not unlike a well-folded soufflé—balanced, airy, and immensely satisfying.
The waffle fries—oh, such fun! They resemble little culinary puzzles, each one inviting a dip into sauce. Crisp at the edges, pillowy at the center, lightly salted, they are the kind of treat that makes one sigh and think, just one more, until one realizes one has eaten…all of them.
And let us not forget the sauces—those mysterious little plastic amphorae of pleasure. The Chick-fil-A sauce itself is a kind of hybrid creation, sweet and smoky with a hint of mustardy intrigue. It pairs with poultry the way a fine wine pairs with cheese: affectionately and with purpose.
The lemonade—fresh-squeezed, delightfully tart—reminded me of summers in Provence, where citrus, sunshine, and good humor mingle in the air.

Was a regular at this location as it is next to my job, until this past Saturday when my sandwich came with a side of microfibers and what looks like bugs to me, although I’m aware it’s probably just seasoning. Granted I could only visibly see it on this chunk, couldn’t stomach the idea of trying to eat the rest of the food after only taking one bite. The least I could get is a refund for my meal, but instead, hear absolutely nothing back about the complaint I filed. So here is the google follow up and next is the health department because that’s just disgusting kitchen practices. Here’s to forever inspecting my food, thanks for the anxiety!

Sooo I came for lunch on 6/13 ordered for my office , somethings was slightly wrong so we just called and told the manager he said the missing items we could come back and get anytime! Welp apparently that’s a lie because I called the rude manager this morning and she gave me a hard time when I asked if the manager that promised our food had left a note ! First issue ! I arrive at the store and she continues to be rude . The food that was wrong was lunch food sandwich’s ,and forgotten box of strips with Mac n cheese that she agreed to make well it’s 8 in the morning you can’t give me that so why not give me breakfast food instead of throwing fries n my bag and that’s not what I prefer ! She basically wanted me to just take whatever she was given along with the attitude ! Me and my company spend a lot of money here and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had ! To top it off I open my sandwich and there’s hair on it!!! I made a video as I took the hair out so the manager was being rude and now I have another issue food I can’t eat once again !!!! I expect more from this establishment and now what two different days I couldn’t eat my food !!!
