A cozy CFA location. One of the few left in the area that have a play area for kids. Comfy seating. Lots of booths.
My parents and I visited this location after a viewing / funeral. It was 6p on a Monday. At the register, we were greeted by a team member in training. It took a while to order since the trainee was unfamiliar with how to ring up certain orders. No problem. Training is part of the job. However the trainee wasn’t much assistance, instead just watching and correcting errors on the register quietly. It would’ve helped if another team member opened up the next register since there were 2-3 more customers waiting in line.
Food came out quickly. We dined in. However we realized the team member never rung up my father’s root beer float. Could’ve been avoided if the trainer taught the team member to repeat the customer’s order prior to finalizing the transaction. That’s a CFA standard.
Overall, food was on par with all other franchises. Deducting points also for the fact that there were no napkins available in the self service counter where you can get utensils, ketchup, wet wipes, hot sauce, etc. Even worse, the trash cans were overflowing and customers were still shoving more trash in the receptacle. Only 10 minutes later did a team member come by to clear the trash bin and replace it.
Also, the bathroom hallway had two mop bins taking up the pathway to the men’s bathroom. I don’t think that’s the proper storage area where it could be tripped on or worse, accessed by a passing child. The mop bins were filled with water already. Not sure if it was clean or not. But still, easily accessible to passing children.

I came in after a really long day and honestly wasn’t in the best mood. I was short with the staff, and they could’ve matched my energy — but they didn’t. They stayed calm, respectful, and genuinely kind the entire time.
I’ve worked in service before, and I know how frustrating customers like me can be, so I want to own that and say sorry for my attitude. These guys handled it with professionalism and patience, and it says a lot about their character. Really good people. Good kids for sure.

I had the chicken waffle for the first time…… it leaves a lot to be desired. Definitely not suitable to be called a breakfast.

We always enjoy Chick-fil-a. We have never been to this restaurant but it was run as well as the others. Our order was taken without a delay and our food came out quickly. The food was hot and had a good taste. Several times during our lunch, a young man stopped by our table to check on us.

Love this Chick-fil-A! It is clean and beautiful! It feels like home in a fast food restaurant! The staff are wonderful, polite, and patient. ..and the food is excellent! I also love that the condiments are always stocked. I also love the special features like the placemats for children. So glad you are in Clarksville!!

The worst chick fill a I’ve ever been, advice customers to not come to this one. The cashier who took my order was friendly but the food quality was trash, I ordered a number 2 meal and the chicken sandwich was burned and taste bitter. Also I got utensils and sauce with my meal that I ordered the experience was just very poor.

Waited 20 minutes and got nasty soggy lettuce. Lettuce Is the easy part man. I go again and ask that the lettuce is on top of the chicken and it comes on the bottom soggy and nasty. Customer service is great though.

This is the only Chik-Fil-A location I’ve ever seen that cannot handle its lunch crowd. The drive-thru is painful. Today I paid $8.07 for a chicken biscuit, tater tots, and a very small coffee. The tots were greasy and soggy. There is a McDonald’s and a Wendy’s a block away. Do yourself a favor and go there. You’ll thank me.

Being the Chick Fil-A connoisseur that I am, I will say there is a reason this place has a perfect rating. First, the place is immaculate, well stocked and beautifully laid out for families and guests. Second, personal friendly and efficient service. Just want to say that I’m proud of this team. How you do anything, is how you do everything. This team will excel in whatever they individually do or work on as a team. You can tell Amani runs a good business with pride and dedication because you see it in his teammates. From drive thru to in-store, service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and it deserved a genuine thank you for doing things with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. So rare and so appreciated
