I ordered a 8 count nugget, fries with that, a pretzel bun spicy sandwich meal, and two medium mac & cheeses and I ordered eight sauces which is the mobile app allowed me to do (2 per fries, 2 per entree). Got home to eat dinner and the nuggets, the sandwich, and the french fries tasted like straight chemicals, like how a disinfectant smells. We only got three sauces and no utensils for the mac & cheese. The mac & cheese was very dry and had barely any cheese on it. But that’s the least of the problems, the main concern is my food tasting like chemicals. I called and spoke to the manager JOE, and he was unapologetic and very arrogant, stated that I would have to bring the food back to get a refund, but I live 30 minutes away. That would be an hour driving just for some Chick-fil-A. I brought up the sauces in the utensils and he said “well we only give a limited amount of sauce “ well why does the app allow me to order it and why does other locations give me what I order. He said he is going to talk to his boss and call me back and he did and said all he is going to do is refund the chicken sandwich meal, and I asked why that is all when the chicken items and fries tasted like chemicals, he said “well people lie all the time to get free food”. Ridiculous, and accusing me of trying to get free stuff. Which is not the case at all. I eat at abingdon cfa like once a week and never have issues. Very unprofessional, unapologetic, and did not resolve anything. I spent almost $32 on FAST FOOD.. and it was awful.

I came in this morning during breakfast time. I asked Nena if they would serve chicken strips even though it isn’t lunch. They accommodated me without question. All of the employees were exceptionally pleasant, and professional. Thank you all very much for making me lunch even though it was breakfast time!!!

I love chick-fil-a. This one has super friendly people and the food is always hot and fresh. And despite the large amount of people going through the drive thru, they get us through fast.

I purchased a grill egg white sandwich and a 12 grill nugget yesterday a little before 10:30 am. The young lady misheard me and ordered a Chick-fil-A nugget instead. I came back inside after checking my food. Then, I told the young lady that my order was wrong. She proceeded to assist me as best that she could. She told her shift supervisor. He came over to me, seeming annoyed, and told me that he would have to refund the purchase during them not having grill nugget before 10:30 am (it is now 10:35). I told him the time, then he told me that I would have to wait, very angrily. We finished the refund and repurchase of the 12 piece grill nuggets. I looked in the bag and saw a container with a 12 piece grill nugget sticker. I shook my head at his attitude and walked out of the store. Finished my errands, then arrived home. I wasn’t hungry anymore, so I put the bag in the refrigerator. Later, when I went to eat my food. The container only had 7 grilled nuggets in it. Chick-fil-A has to do better.

Didn’t have all prices listed at the drive thru , I would have gotten something different then what I ordered due to expenses. I ordered chicken Minnies 10 count and no price was shown for it at the drive thru. Got the receipt and it was 17 dollars. I just would have settled for a normal chicken biscuit. Great location. Easy to get to and get your Chik-fil-A fix.

Their drive thru lines can get REALLY long.

We decided to dine in instead. Inside was clean. We also got served right away since there weren’t a lot of people.

If you’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A, they have soooo many options it can get overwhelming. The nuggets and Chick-fil-A sauce is a good way to go.

This place also has milkshakes and salads. Depending on how fun or healthy you’d like to be.

First, my family has been eating at Chicfila restaurants for many years and it has always been our go-to fav for fast food. I’ve never had a problem anytime at any location… til today. We were on our way to Susquehanna park today so we stopped at this location in Aberdeen. We had never been to this one before. We ordered our food carry out and the girl behind the counter said they’d bring it to us so went and sat down. No one brought it over. We went to the left end counter and it was just sitting there no one called our name or anything. Then we realized when we went to the car, they forgot our fries. So we went in and a nice lady manager said she’s clocked off but she’ll fix it. When we got to the park we found no forks in the bags for 2 salads. we found some in the car. All this was frustrating but the WORSE part of this was I ate half my salad when I found a live green stink bug crawling around under the lettuce at the bottom in the salad!!! OMGoodness!!!Disgusting!!! I just couldn’t believe it! How could this happen?! It was so digusting I spit out my salad and threw it away! Unbelievable!!! Don’t they check the lettuce and wash it before making them? I hadn’t eaten salad there in a long time because I sometimes found bits if rotting lettuce but I took a chance today and this is what happened! Sheesh. I won’t be eating salad at restaurants for a while if ever again, after this horrible experience today and definitely not at Chickfila. Wow! This blew my confidence in them. I normally have great experiences at chicfila so this is very surprising. Needless to say, I won’t be eating at this location ever again.

Came here the other day (6/24) to try the Chick-fil-A breakfast for the first time with my boyfriend and the food was great, I would definitely get the Chick-fil-A breakfast again in the future. The drive through staff was very nice and helpful too. And the store looks very nice and clean on the outside.
