I ordered a Chicken Sandwich with Bacon wrapped with Lettuce. I called the restaurant due to the lettuce being bad with white liquid under it & on it, no bacon or Polynesian sauce although I ordered 4 of them. I asked to be given a refund due the fact that I cannot eat it due to the quality and the manager lied to my face saying she could only issue a reward and claims she didn’t know why the app said I could so I’d have to call back when the store owner comes to the store. Mind you, the app and website said that I can be given a refund as long as I call the restaurant I was serviced by. (My boyfriend also worked at chick fil a, so I know I can be given a refund. They’re just trying to avoid refund rates increasing or something.)
Also, the fries were overly salty and gave me heart burn so I couldn’t even eat them either!!!
I just finished fasting and I just wanted to have some food I’ve been craving but no, chick fil a said otherwise. (Fasting for personal health)
I personally think it’s very unprofessional & greedy to lying to a customer’s face. I wish I got the manager’s name. I called back and now all the calls are going to voicemail as well.

Breakfast is dicy if u order on the app just before 10:30. The app tells u your order will be prepared BEFORE u get there. They tell u at the location that is in fact not the case and that the order is prepared when u get to the location. I’ve ordered many times when I got the message that my order will be started once I got there. This particular time, the app said my order will be prepared BEFORE I got there which is why i even left my house….I got there, they tell me breakfast is over, nothing can be done. Which is STUPID in itself because why do u care what I want to eat at what time? Are u not getting paid either way? Be careful before u order breakfast and drive all the way there for nothing

We are here for a family emergency and visiting from out of state We stopped by this Chick-fil-A location shortly after breakfast. I ordered chicken nuggets including bbq sauce. The chicken nuggets were overcooked and salty. The size is much smaller than other place. I couldn’t say it was delicious and hoped it was little softer. The meat was very dry because it was overcooked. Also, they forgot BBQ sauce so I had to went back and asked for the missing bbq sauce. When they called my name when it’s ready, they reviewed order details and checked chicken nuggets with bbq sauce in the bag, but they didn’t really check missing source.

Just received a call from the manager that didn’t really resolve anything at all. I stood for over 20 minutes waiting for my order after issues with the mobile app and had to go inside to place my order. Despite me ordering right in front of the mobile pickup server after being instructed by a server to reorder, another server still came out to verify the last 4 digits of my phone number before giving me my order. This wasn’t a seamless experience at all and it doesn’t make sense to me to have to verify when I ordered right in front of the server and the server knew my name because I said it multiple times. I’ll skip over this CFA next time as there are two closer to my house. I used to love this location when I lived closer but it seems things have gone downhill.

Ordered food from their mobile app and put in my spot # in the parking lot. It took almost an hour to get my food, and that’s only because I went inside to ask what was taking so long. The employees were doing what they could during a busy and chaotic lunch rush. The guy I spoke to said there was something wrong with the mobile orders. To the company’s credit, this has been my only negative experience with Chik Fil A to date.

I found a fly in my Cobb salad and reported it to the manager. They promised someone would follow up on my phone, but no one did. I also asked for a lime after the incident and was ignored. Very disappointing experience with both food safety and customer service.

They have it right. Everything is always on point and the food is always consistent and delicious. Service – “My Pleasure”. Nuff said. Thank you for my meal and a positive and uplifting experience today.
