I just came with my two daughters and I did not bring enough money for the order. Franklin took his personal card to pay the difference and took his service to a different level. I work in customer service environment and would do the same specifically if are kids. Such a great action. First time coming here and great experience and Alexander in the dining area also was polite and friendly. Great staff!! 100% recommended! Very thankful!

I had such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A that I had to leave a review. From the cashiers to the team members walking around the lobby, everyone was incredibly helpful and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed, checked on us, and kept the place spotless.

Her welcoming smile and helpful demeanor set a positive tone for the entire dining experience. New location in the industrial park. Parking can be a little dicey while they are still doing construction nearby. But there is even a nice little spot to eat outside.
Staff moves orders through quickly. Chicken Sandwiches came out correctly. Fries were a hit. Location is well kept and inviting.

This place has solid food, great service and great atmosphere. There are many regulars and it is a great environment for family. There are dining options outside and inside and it is at a perfect location. The restaurant also has a variety of options for different diets, including vegetarian and healthy options. Highly recommend to drop by if you’re passing through the begrudging traffic of Gaithersburg

You cannot go wrong with Chic-fil-A! This location is standard, spacious, clean, friendly staff. I got my usual- deluxe spicy crispy chicken. I love their fries! The Oreo milk shake is very thick and delicious. One thing I noticed is that the straws are splitting. My son said it happened because he sucked his milk shake too hard (since it was so thick). But it happened to my straw too, and I was drinking soda.
