I recently visited Chick-fil-A – Germantown and had an exceptional experience. The manager, Sandra, was absolutely awesome. I realized after ordering that I had selected the wrong sandwich, and she kindly and quickly rectified the situation without any hesitation. She made the exchange smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated.
Her team was equally wonderful—professional, friendly, and attentive. It was especially meaningful because I was visiting on my birthday, and the extra care and positive attitude made the experience even more special. Outstanding customer service like this truly makes a difference. I will definitely be returning!

I have been eating at this location since 2021, when I moved to Germantown. Over the years I’ve experienced the occasional wrong order or mix up. Honestly, no big deal because it was rectified by management or over the app. I wish I knew the other managers name that works in the evening. She is so pleasant and she understands customer service. Yesterday, I simply asked for whipped cream on the frozen coffee because I have had it a couple times at a different location since I moved. My order was taken and when I get to the window to pick up my food, “Leila” or whatever her name is, rudely told me that she doesn’t know why they took my order because they don’t do that. Which is fine because I realize different locations do different things. So I asked her if they don’t do that at this location, because I’ve had it before. She rudely said, well they did it wrong! It’s just the nasty rude attitude that blew my mind. She had the gray sweatshirt on so I’m guessing she was a manager. I really hope she is not the way she acted. The other manager would have never done that. Someone please give her some more customer service training, she really needs it. She was so worried about what I couldn’t have that she didn’t even give me everything I asked for. I also later saw what looked like chocolate pieces in my frozen coffee which I have never seen before. So you can put chocolate in my frozen coffee but not a little bit of whipped cream? This location is getting worse. I will no longer come to this place. Good luck dealing with these people!

Incorrect order every time. The store representative told my delivery driver that the “drink was in the bag”…my large lemonade…??? They only sent the straw and food. She also put the incorrect condiments. The receipt clearly say strawberry jelly and she pull all grape. The Gaithersburg location has more consistent and quality service.

This location is always busy however the staff here is amazing! They come out to the cars and take orders, food is made when ordered, always hot and fresh! They work so well together, they are a team and it shows! I rarely eat fast food, when I do Chick-fil-A is my go to. This is the only place that gets my order right every single time! Don’t let the line deter you, these people know what they are doing! Definitely recommend this location!!

I’ve stopped by to get a spicy chicken wrap sandwich and 4 chicken strips but guess what happened? Half of the wrap had chicken and the other half was had only lettuce and cheese. Did you guys forget to add chicken? They even had me pull to the next poll and wait for my wrap to be done and it was still wrong. This is my favorite location and I love chick fil A but lately a lot had happened at this location. It’s either they forget my fries or chicken nuggets. It’s just too much. Please I don’t want any managers calling to offer food. I don’t want it. I just want to get what I paid for.

everything has worsened in the past 2-ish years, from quality to portions. my sandwich is now half bread and lettuce with a thin, narrow slim strip of chicken running through the middle. the tenders are mushy. no firmness, no crunch. its like eating a boiled potato. the fries themselves have no saltiness at all and go soggy real fast.
im on the toilet within an hour after every meal.
Chick fila was my go to for fast food chicken.
but enough is enough. i gave them many chances hoping it was temporary and things would improve. but it seems this is the new norm as they look to cut costs and drop in quality.
bye bye Chick-fil-A. it was good while it lasted.

It’s smaller than before! I’m guessing because of the drive through. I love that they have family friendly activities planned throughout the month. The evening that I went, they had face painting. I’ve been eating here for almost 25 years. The parking lot jams have never been resolved. It’s still a mess. I know that it falls on the property owners, but please get it fixed
