I had an excellent experience here and honestly don’t understand how anyone could leave a bad review. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with real respect. The staff took their time explaining everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. You can tell they actually care about their customers and the quality of their work.
The place itself was clean, organized, and very welcoming. Everything felt professional, from the way the staff handled questions to how smoothly the whole process went. Worst location smh asked for two LARGE mac n cheese and they only gave me ONE , to make it worse the large one they did give me is nowhere near large where’s the other half of mac n cheese in container this is pathetic and i didn’t realize till i got all the way home . Went in the drive through and Jamae took our order. She was very sweet, polite, and didn’t rush us either. We need more young people like her that take pride in their jobs no matter what that job is. Usually at fast food places the workers act as if they hate their job so it was refreshing to have Jamae take our order.

This location was just remodeled and every time I come there’s always trash all over the parking lot, the entrance door at the front has a disgusting worm out door mat, there is always numerous employees on break taking the customer seating ( as I’m leaving this review there are 8 different employees on break all sitting at different tables) one employee is on his phone listening to music that’s so loud everyone has be able to hear it. This location is just managed very poorly..

12/12/2024- Hungry! Hungry! Hungry! I got a chance to grab a bite via the driver thru!!!! I ordered one chicken strips meal w. Ice tea and a fruit cup! Yum! Yum! Yum! Chuck fi La has the best customer service!!! Their team , everywhere I go to, are kind and polite! Love you all!!! Bon Appetite!!!This one is one of my favorites!

I would highly recommend for management to allow associates to take orders and credit card payments at the same time. Having to place order with one person and the another associate collect your credit card/apple pay and then walk over to window from outer lane isn’t conducive for timeliness.

This is the most disorganized, inefficient Chick Fil A I have visited. The breakfast drive thru was being manned by one lady who had to keep stopping one lane to serve the other and vice versa. Not sure if there wasn’t enough staff working or if it was a sudden increase in customers that caused it versus poor management.
