Had a wonderful experience coming here for breakfast with a bridal party the morning of my friend’s wedding. The staff, including the manager Joshua, went above and beyond to help us have the best time. They let us put tables together, brought out decor for us to use, and gifted a Chick-fil-A board game to the bride. They even offered us a discount for ordering as a group. Thank you guys, you made our time very special!

Extremely disappointed with my food today. I ordered a Cobb salad and removed the bacon and corn. I don’t eat bacon for religious reasons. As I was half way finished I noticed corn which wasn’t too much of a big deal. However it wasn’t until I was nearly finished that I saw bacon bits scattered at the bottom of the bowl. Im absolutely disgusted.

I consistently have a great experience at this location. Whether I’m dining in or using the drive-thru, the staff always makes me feel genuinely welcomed. All the time Chick fill A is great, but when the crew step and and provide great service is better.
The Cashier Isaiah took my order and help me on my selection, and Leticia was ready to lift my tray as soon I finish and clean the table, usually I take my trash to the trashcan but she was ready to do it and offered me more drink

I ordered a hot coffee with sandwiches to go in the drive thru. They don’t give napkins and how I’m going to stir the sugar and creamer after I make a long line was frustrating. That happened 2 times . And now I was ordering a meal I was clear that the attendant in the drive thru and she make me repeat several times the same things I don’t know if she had a problem or what but even i speak English as a my second language I was clear. Because I order in orders restaurants I never had a problem with my order at the end she was rude and make some comments what make me feel not good anyway if they does not like their job please go and get prepared to do a different job‼️ they need a better costumer service at all

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal on the app, i go in to get it they whisper my name then put my meal towards the register when it is supposed to be in the meal pick up area, i start eating my sandwich and they must have thought i selected cheese only, the american cheese slice was thicker than the “chicken” on the sandwich. will not go here again this is unacceptable

I purchased a salad from Chick-fil-A at Vista Gardens Marketplace in Bowie and the salad was horrible. For the last couple of years, the quality of the food at this location has not been too good. The salad I purchased had so many cut lettuce stalks, wet limp lettuce and strings of chicken thrown in it. In addition, the chicken had that nasty brown stuff piled on it that accumulates while cooking the chicken that should’ve been scraped off. You could tell it was unprofessionally and carelessly made.
This is my second time having an issue with this particular store, but I figured I’d give it another chance. I believe they may have to hire another staff, since the ones who are currently working there don’t care. I wasted my money and WILL NOT be returning to that Chick-fil-a.
