This is my first time visiting this specific check fil A. While check fil A is generally well known for its services, this particular location stands out as the best I have experienced. They continuously check on how we are doing and ensure that our service needs are met, even with their busy schedule.

In the past Chick-fil-a has been one of my favorite places for salads. However this trip was very disappointing.
I purchased 3 salads. The quality of two salads were unacceptable. Two of them had wilted and brown lettuce, and one of them only had a few chicken nuggets. I was forced to discard them.
Maybe this was just a one time incident. Unfortunately, I was unable to return to the restaurant for a refund. Hopefully, management will reach out and compensate me.

Me and my family walked in and got our order in a timely manner despite the drive thru being absolutely packed. Very respectful staff that often checked on us even after we received our food. You don’t get this type of service from any other fast food place and I would come back again. Food was good too.

This chickfila is absolutely horrible. The manager does not understand when an individual says they have a visual impairment. They need training! This is a prime example of a location that does service like McDonald’s. They do not care about customers. Too many kids playing in the drive thru. They should close this location.

Went to lunch today with my dad and ordered the wrong thing and they gave us what he actually wanted plus the wrong sandwich. Very friendly and attentive.. was a nice to have people be so friendly.

So there we were in the express line of Chick fil A, in Williamsburg, VA. We thought it would be quicker to pickup our food using the mobile app to order which is why we were using the express line. The food was delivered to our car quickly and everything was prepared as order. There was just one problem. The teal colored SUV five cars ahead was refusing to move. We saw several servers ask the driver to park in the lot so those in line could be on their way, but the request was in vain. So we all waited in line with our meals until the three bags and five drinks arrived for the teal SUV. It was a frustrating 15 minutes. I’m thinking that maybe the locals or tourist in Williamsburg do not understand the express lane. Maybe this particular Chick-fil-A should totally let go of the express lane or hire a “bouncer” to deal with folks like the teal SUV driver.

This might be the worst chick fil a in Maryland. I received the worst service I’ve ever gotten at a chick fil a. Their drive through is extremely slow, waited in line for 10 minutes just for them to say at 10:29 they no longer serve breakfast. The manager was the worst part of the entire situation, extremely short and rude. Certainly won’t be visiting this location again

I get good service from them most of the time but they need a clear sign indicating which line is the mobile line. I sat in the wrong line waiting for like 5 mins before I just went ahead and asked.

I had a horrible experience coming to this Chick-fil-A. I got to the restaurant before breakfast and and they told me that they ran out and could not serve me. This has happened to me multiple times if you were looking to get breakfast here you have to get here by 9:30 or they basically will not serve you.
