Surprising to say, I have only been to Chick-fil-A twice as my first experience wasn’t all that. Had the spicy chicken sandwich this time and they have won me over! The young man who took my order knew what he was doing. And the best part is that my meal was done sooner than those before me as a young lady with a beautiful smile hand carried it out to me! Unexpected service!! The chicken was cooked perfect, and the seasoning on the chicken wasn’t too overwhelming. Will definitely visit again.

The staff here is always pleasant. I never see the same face when I come but everyone of them greet customers with a positive tone, take the order and make you feel good about the experience. You rarely have to wait long for your food. I love going here.

I love how speedy fast they are. They forgot one of our fries and we were told to park in parking lot across the street and they brought it to us. Massive line and with goof up, in and out in less then 15 minutes. WTG Chick-fil-A! Always have a customer here.

Man I swear since the peak of Covid has been over Chickfila has been going down hill… Prices are at an all time high, service and employees are average or below. I went the other day and got 4 tender meal and chickfila sandwich entree.. They didn’t even put sauce in my bag . I literally pulled up to the window/drive thru asked for extra sauce for my order… and waited 3-5min only to get a bag with no sauce.

Just left this location from placing an order in the drive-thru-where it was checked and most of it was correct. But there were too many things wrong with the order. As I searched the bag at home, the mistakes became less and less redeemable. I ordered 4 salads with SPICY chicken, NOT ONE had spicy chicken on them, which my family was mainly looking fwd to. The salad add-ins and dressings were also not included or accurate but was listed on the receipt. I call to express my grievances because this was not the first time they messed up my order. After placing me on hold for 10mins, they then hung up. All I know is, with all the other Chic Fil A’s in my area, I won’t be returning to this one. I would much rather go pass this one or in the other direction to get accuracy!

This is by far the worst Chick fil a in the dmv and I’ve been to Capitol . Every single time I go here my order is incorrect, the manager Jason, Justin is extremely nonchalant about the fact that they’re wasting people’s time. Save yourself the trouble and go to Waldorf or Clinton.
