I just had a fantastic experience today thanks to Josh! He guided me through the mobile app at the drive-thru with such ease, making everything smooth and straightforward. When I ran into an issue, Josh jumped right in to resolve it quickly. What impressed me the most was how apologetic he was, even though the problem wasn’t his fault. His professionalism and genuine concern really stood out. I can’t thank him enough for turning a potentially frustrating situation into a pleasant one! Highly recommend this location.

Hosted a family night dinner with Santa. It was well organized and the space clean. My granddaughter and niece had a blast. While I love eating from Chick-Fil-A, I never understood why did they bother building this one when there’s literally another Chick-Fil-A just down the 301 highway’s street over at 3365 Crain Hwy, Waldorf, MD 20603 within the same area. It’s like pulling a McDonald’s move how its branch can be seen every few miles or at every other location.

Love this Chick Fila A! Dining area is clean, trash can is an automatic compacter, well laid out restaurant. Staff was incredibly nice (Shout-out to Christian!). Best chick fila a experience. Only downside is the drive thru was packed so difficult to get to parking.

This location has the best service and the carry out option is very fast. Restaurant’s interior is clean and the food is always hot and delicious! The staff is amazing and very sweet, keep up the great work!
The only part I don’t love is how long the drive thru line typically is now that they’ve made the second lane mobile order only. I use mobile ordering often and still wish there was one extra lane, but nonetheless it’s worth waiting for. I typically just go inside.
