I ordered a sausage egg muffin. As shown in the photo, the muffin was burnt all the way around. I had to go back to get it replaced. Unfortunately, the second muffin was stale. Sigh.
There really needs to be better quality control. It seems like the toaster heat is set too high. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this experience was disappointing. Additionally, the lady working the drive-through window could benefit from some retraining in customer service.
The Diet Lemonade was perfectly refreshing—tart, crisp, and sweetened just right without being overwhelming. The Pretzel Burger was a delightful surprise: the soft, slightly salty pretzel bun paired perfectly with the juicy chicken filet, creating a flavorful bite in every mouthful. Even without bacon, it felt hearty and satisfying.
The Mac & Cheese was rich, creamy, and indulgent, with that baked, cheesy top that makes it impossible to resist. Dipping bites into the tangy Polynesian Sauce and the iconic Chick-fil-A Sauce was pure joy, and the Dijon Mustard added a nice sharp contrast that elevated the flavors even more.
Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. This combination of items is now my go-to order—highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious, satisfying meal at Chick-fil-A!
When employees come to work, they should be focused on doing their job, not commenting on how customers look or who they are with. No customer should be talked about in any language, especially in a degrading way and under the assumption that the customer cannot understand them.
Next time I come in, I will be speaking directly with a manager about this unreasonable behavior because if they had to switch to another language to talk negatively about people then it has definitely happened a lot more. I hope this is addressed so other customers do not experience the same thing.
Just read a recent review and it sounds like the same two girls I am explaining in my review. If these are the types of people serving us and working there then I’m taking this to corporate.
I ordered the Frozen Coffee. It’s was delicious, reminded me of a Starbucks Frappachino.
I also had their grilled chicken “nuggets” and waffle fries. The waffle fries were temperature hot which was perfect.
We dined inside instead of going through the drive-thru and it was pretty quick to receive our order.
You order at the register and they bring your meal out to your table.
Atmosphere is tricky as depending on timing it can get extremely busy and crazy inside. So have to pick when you should go. Not the company’s fault. There are a lot of people in this area.
It’s my kids first time of dining in store, so they were pleased to have a few fun activities in the play station.
Clean and organized.
Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This isn’t just about bad service — this is potentially hazardous. Grill marks don’t mean anything if the inside is undercooked and cold. I would never buy from this store again.
To make matters worse, some of the employees are extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional when handling mobile orders. They act like handing over a bag is rocket science — no greeting, no update, immature, rude behavior with zero professionalism or respect. Orders are often not ready on time, wasting both drivers and customers time. If common courtesy and efficiency are too much to handle, maybe they’re in the wrong job.
This place markets itself as a “Christian” company, but from what I’ve observed most of the staff act nothing like it. If you’re going to represent Christian values, start by hiring people who actually understand them — or stop using faith as a marketing gimmick to profit from. I’ve received far better service at places with no faith-based branding at all.
Start with speaking on the speaker with a girl inside who also talking Spanish with somebody else, I asked her are you talking to me or somebody else?
This person can not even spell my name right, asking several time and still have no clue.
She was asking 4 times about the order and I told her number one meal, how hard is that?????
When I stop at the window where they handed the order, I ask for supervisor, but the girl said she’s the supervisor which is the same voice who asked my order before.
She start said order for the no clue name (of course she can not spell right)
Finally I decided not to get the food from chick fill a on 43310 defender dr.
Hope the management or real supervisor will read and do something for their useless crew, if you doesn’t want to lose the business.
Last, I will report this to Virginia Business Bureau.
