Of course chick fil a is my dogs favorite. She’s dressing up as the cow for Halloween this year and I really wanted to do a quick photoshoot with her. We went through the drive thru for breakfast and quickly snapped a few photos. The team was great, they came out to say hello.

Ordered a burrito w/Extra chicken and when I got to the window the order was for a regular burrito with no extra chicken. I paid for the extra and they asked me to park and wait for the new order but I literally parked 10 seconds later they brought the same burrito to my car. They not only charged me for extra but they gave me the same non-extra and just pretended. I can’t wait for robots to take over the fast food industry.

I should have read the reviews BEFORE visiting this location. Most fast food locations have a quality survey site printed on the receipt, but this place doesn’t provide receipts – so they don’t get the poor ratings they deserve. As others have commented, there’s no salt on the fries, the staff doesn’t recognize you or extend the customary CfA pleasantries, the soup was missing both the pasta and the chicken, but they did have tortilla soup, which earned them an additional star. One person noted that this is the worst location in NoVa, but they’re wrong. Its the 2nd worst. The discovery center location next to WaWa is the worst. Next time, I’ll drive to either Fair Lakes or Walmart Chantilly.

Easily the worst Chic-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. The chicken sandwich patties and strips are dry and consistently over-fried. The waffle fries are surprisingly dry and under salted and the staff don’t give the traditional greetings or show any enthusiasm. In other words, this is a KFC… with Chic-Fil-A signage. I’ll stay away until they figure themselves out.

Will not be coming back to this location!!! I ordered chicken tortilla soup, a seasonal dish, and when we pull up to the window, what looks to be a manager hands us the soup and half of it is spilled in the bag. Next thing I know the bottom of the bag busts and I have a lap full of hot soup!!! We pull back around to show them what just happened and they make it out to be my fault! “Be careful, the soup bowl gets flimsy when it is hot.” I was pissed. Will never come back to this location.

I’ve been going to this location while the Fair Lakes location is going through renovations. This location keeps forgetting my sauces I ordered for my grilled sandwich. Like others have said, the service is slow too.
Now that the Fair Lakes location has reopened, I’ll be going back there from now on (and NEVER return to this location ever again).

The employee at the drive thru tonight was very pleasant, helpful and polite. This is consistent at all the Chick-fil-As I have visited up and down the East Coast. The food was hot when I picked it up at the drive thru. I ordered the grilled chicken with bacon sandwich. It looked so good in the picture… If I was President of the US, I would require all restaurants to deliver to the customers a meal that looks exactly as pictured!! I feel so mislead majority of the time when it comes to what I actually got vs what was advertised. This sandwich needs another full strip of bacon and some flavor on the grilled chicken. I don’t like to add sauce to my sandwich. Because I didn’t, this sandwich was a bit blend except for the bites that had bacon.
