The workers are very rude! They overcharged me for a spicy sandwich and a fountain drink. My total was almost $17. When I addressed my concern, the manger said they rung me up in that manner because I do not attend Catholic U. I did not appreciate that assumption because I am a student here. I felt this assumption was based off the fact that I am a black individual. This was a very discriminating situation, considering that the staff were people of color. When I eventually opened my sandwich, I found hair on top of the bun !! So disappointed in the service!

I went in person to place an order and they still messed it up. I paid $18 for the club sandwich meal and a drink. I drove about 20 minutes back home just for me to open my bag I was charged almost $20 for nuggets and fries.

People are so rude here and the guy who was taking my order kept asking what kind of drink I wanted while I’m trying to place my order. My sandwich had no bacon when I clearly got charged for it. Guy put my name in a Richard my name is Clarence and not one time did I hear my pleasure. Customer service here is not a thing and if you want your food correct then don’t waste your time here!!!

This is a college dining hall Chick-fil-a! The hours are not accurate and you must park, get out and walk in. Just a disclaimer before you head to this location. I love chick-fil-a, and am sure the food is good but the location is not properly advertised.
