Food was good, but this is the first Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited that limits sauces. I’ve been to Chick-fil-A locations in many different states and have never experienced this, so it was pretty shocking.
Sauces are basically a Chick-fil-A staple… but I guess D.C. does things differently. If you like sauces be prepared to buy the whole bottle because they don’t let you purchase the small ones.

Worst Chick-Fil-A in the city for two major reasons. First and most commonly mentioned in reviews, they have a two sauce limit no matter how big your order is. 30 nuggets and large fries? Two sauces OR buy a 8 oz bottle no one needs or wants. Second, their “large” fries are ALWAYS filled with less fries than the medium. I literally mean ALWAYS (check other reviews)… Saving pennies on sauce is more important to them than anything. Pretty smart considering we have numerous other locations we can go to within the city.

Rationing sauces now. 2 sauces for 12 nuggets is not enough. Forced to get ketchup though for fries when I wanted chicken fil a sauce. Offered to biy it and was refused. I was advised I am only allowed to buy the bottle. I should have returned the entire meal. Never dining here again.

This was by far the worst chick fil a experience I have ever had. I ordered my large meal same as I always do and asked for 4 chik fil a sauces because that’s how many I use every time. I even told them I didn’t mind paying for the extras but was informed I was only allowed 2 and not allowed to buy extra packets. My whole lunch is ruined and I won’t be back to any chik fil a for a very long time. Very disappointed

If I can no star I would August 1st at 9am I was charged for wrong order when I was being charged Mr iabi store manager was rude and disrespectful and charged me for wrong order rushing taking payments but not being careful while doing / I’m going to my job I can’t do his job for him I was charged less for someone else order and I asked him to just charge me the difference and he told me he couldn’t do that. And they kept making it seem like I was the problem for being busy with my own stuff and that I expected them to make sure cause I am the customer. And that they had my order correct and because I could not understand they broken English it was my fault when I heard that man say my actual price and that’s why I paid when I got to the window the other worker realized he made a mistake so I was charged again for correct order which was $21 and that I heard him say $21 and that is why I paid in the first place. So now I have to wait a week to get my $9 back / 30$ on a order that turned out to be disgusting anyway it’s the principal when you mess up on service you don’t blame the customer I heard him say a price not the name cause when my order was taken my names wasn’t asked let’s start there. That manager needs to be removed and he had no remorse for what he did as well. It’s the am everybody is still tired on they way to work and your at work so there’s no excuse why your walking to ppls cars collecting money and not giving them their food right then and there I spent $30 on my card on a 20$ worth order and have to wait days to use my $10 on my card my hard earned money that that manager had no remorse for I recommend everyone meal prep they own food and cook for themselves cause these ppls do not care about our stomach or wallets. Put these fast food business out of business I am sick of them the only fast food I go to is cafe atleast it’s healthy and they care about your food like you would care about your food.

This chic fil a is so sad. Dirty floors and tables at 6:15pm on a Saturday. The cashier didn’t get us our drinks when we paid, and was consistently doing that to all in-store customers. So then of course he forgot what drinks we ordered and I had to remind him we didn’t get our drinks when he called our name to give us our food. Miraculously the bathroom was clean.
No napkins in sight so we had to grab the attention of employees that could care less we were inside their store to get us some napkins.

So upon completing my late night shopping at the Walmart that was near to this Chick Fil A location, I decided to get Chicken Nuggets to snack on the walk home. However upon approaching the door, it was locked and the sign on the door stated open 6a-10p. But what really made my BLOOD BOIL when the staff shewed me away like I was a fly, and laughed at me. After that, when I asked for the Store Manager, they stated that there was sign on the door that states that the Dine In area closes at 9p, and it was clearly where Guest cannot see it. Yet the Managers and Staff still laughed at me, causing me to become more and more angry. I never experienced this at any Chick Fil A, and they need to hire ADULTS instead of these SNOT NOSE A** KIDS! #GHETTOCHICKFILA
