My chicken was uncooked and brown and black in the inside I went there during breakfast time and got a spicy chicken biscuit but it’s the same chicken meat they use for chicken sandwhiches disgusting I will never be going back .

Stopped here for a pick up for a quick lunch. Everything was correct on the order, and food was hot. The person sweeping the vestibule held the door very well mannered.

Their food was great. The staff is friendly an amazing. I loved seeing the smiles as you walk in the door. They’re very eager to help. They have stuff coming to the table to take your trash and ask if you want refills. And to see if you’re okay. There’s managers all over the place. They have a beautiful play place for the kids in the back of the restaurant.

This store was great when it first came to the area but like all the other places, the service has declined. Half of them do not say my pleasure. Constantly have the wrong drinks and no sauce. I understand ownership has changed and you can tell in the quality of service that is now provided. I use to loved going here because it is close to home but I will drive 20 minutes to a different location to have an accurate order and good customer service. Definitely not the chick fil a standard.

I don’t know what was the laddies problem, she didn’t take an order right which is okay everyone makes mistakes, but then she proceeds to not understand what I was clearly asking for. Right after another employee comes and start giving attitude towards us and also even worsening the whole situation. In the end we still didn’t receive everything we had asked for. What a shame.

This is not the first time they have forgotten something here within the past 2 months within 3 times first was a hashbrown, then a separate occasion the whole sandwich this morning ordered a few things including chicken minis and didn’t think we had to look into the actual carton but they send the bread and no chicken. It is always on fridays the morning shift. Very upsetting as these were for my children to eat.

Ordered a breakfast chicken sandwich with peperjack on a bun. Waited for a awhile and when the food was given to me i pulled away from the drive thru and noticed it was literally just an empty bisquit. Went inside and they resolved it.

Worst chick fil a in the state. Drive thru is slow as molasses on a cold winter day. The food tastes good, but the portion are small. My 8 count grilled nuggets only filled up half of the cup. Got 4 whole nuggets and what appeared to be four pieces of a single . nugget. Same for the fries – half a container. Once I ordered two chicken sandwich combos and they forgot the sandwiches! I’ve given them more than enough opportunities. The north Dover store is fantastic. But I’ll never go back to the Seaford location again.
