Placed an order through Grub Hub. The bag I received had my name on it and a sticker with exactly what I ordered listed. Inside the sealed bag, was nothing that I ordered. Grub Hub (who was absolutely NOT at fault) is refunding me in 7-10 days. I called the restaurant directly, to see if I could get the correct order and possibly pick it up myself instead for no charge, since the refund won’t come for a week. I spoke with an incredibly rude woman who was not willing to listen or help. Told me to call back and select option 6 to complain about it. I said I didn’t have time to wait on hold to do that. She didn’t care. I then said I was going to leave a review in hopes someone who did care saw it. She told me to go ahead and do that and hung up the phone on me. I frequent this restaurant a lot, have even order catering for birthday parties. I will no longer do business here due to the incredibly rude associate.

I truly love Chick-fil-A—not just for the food, but for the quality of service and the values Chick-fil-A consistently show.
Seeing your store beautifully lit for Christmas, with a Nativity scene honoring the birth of Jesus, truly warmed my heart. In a season where so many businesses avoid acknowledging Christ, Chick-fil-A chose to celebrate Him openly and respectfully.
I also enjoyed you promoted a thoughtful initiative: receive a free sandwich when you purchase pajamas for children—from infants up to 17 years old—to donate. I was so moved by this act of generosity that I bought two pairs of pajamas and donated them freely.
This is what the joy of Christmas looks like—faith, compassion, and giving back to children and families in need. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for reminding us that business can still have heart, purpose, and reverence for Christ during the Christmas season. ✝️

Today I ordered through curbside and unfortunately I did not get the gentleman name who brought me my meal. He was a younger African American and was beyond rude to me. When he got to my car window he shoved the bag in my face without saying a word. I was shocked because my experience at this location have all been positive, warm and friendly. After grabbing my drink this guys says very loudly “you’re welcome” which was unsolicited because I was already baffled by the way he shoved the bag in my face. Not only was the interaction bad with this employee, I ordered a cheese sauce and other complimentary sauces which were no where to be found in my bad. I regretted say this but if this is how the service at this location is going to be moving forward I’ll go out of my way to other locations where the service is warm and friendly.

I had a great experience here. I was walking around Prices Corner with my 1 year old and we stopped here for lunch. The atmosphere was great and you could tell each employee was doing their best to cater to all customers and put their best foot forward. The food was made very fast and tasted delicious. It was properly cooked and crispy and even my daughter enjoyed it. I often come here through the Drive Thru and they have a great system going to serve quickly and efficiently.

Updated review: Last night I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. My husband and I ordered in advance through the app and sat in the line for 45 MINUTES-yes, you read that right-only to reach the window and be told “they didn’t put our order through right.” Wasn’t sure who “they” were or what that meant since they did indeed have a record of our order. The food just hadn’t been prepared and bagged. We were notified of this after waiting at the window for 20 of the 45 minutes, with an entire line of people, most of whom had already received their food, stuck behind us. Finally, they asked if we would like to wait (some more) while they prepared the order or receive a refund. We weren’t able to wait any longer since we had to pick up our kid, so after all that wasted time (and gas) we left empty-handed and arrived to pick him up late with no dinner.
Original review: Our food was good. The employees were working quickly to get the long drive-thru line down. They didn’t give me my sweet tea, which I didn’t realize until I got home Fries were about half just tiny bits as opposed to full fries. Had a much better experience dining in. The employees were friendly and attentive and the restaurant and restroom were very clean.
