We have been eating there for over 5 years. The personal meal is around $10 dollars and some cents, but always eating with my husband so the bill is always $20 or less if we don’t upgrade the sides jaja. Burrito breakfast is delicious, sandwiches are better and this time we tried the peppermint milkshake and the tortilla soup with the crunchy tortilla strips. The deluxe spicy sandwich was perfect. The staff was very well attentive and friendly. Food came less of 10min. to our table.

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced at a resteraunt
When a mistake is made they usually own up to it, not make excuses of why things went wrong and blame the customer for not getting what I ordered. No apologizes, no how can I make it right, so that was the last 50 dollars I will ever spend at this location. The owner of this establishment forgot what makes Chick-fil-A great. Great customer service. He won’t see a dime of my money and if things don’t change their increase sales will soon dwindle at the Middletown location.

I have not yet entered as I have only gone through the drive through however, the individuals are always in high energy and polite! Their high energy and attentiveness making sure my order is correct makes me desire not only to return, but to spend more money as well. The staff is extremely professional as well as precise in making sure your order is correct and freshly made to order! Always a pleasure! The management team is doing a phenomenal job which is reflected in the crew members! Well done with professionalism which is refreshing to see as it’s not an essential requirement at the Mc Donald’s across the street.

Disappointing Visit to a Delaware Chick-fil-A
Out of all the Chick-fil-A restaurants in the State of Delaware, there is one location that I cannot recommend. My experiences at this particular restaurant have consistently involved issues with both the quality of food and the level of customer service provided.
Problems with Recent Order
During a recent visit, I ordered a side salad with grilled chicken, along with two packs of buffalo sauce and two packs of honey. Unfortunately, the salad greens were mostly brown and unappealing. Additionally, the salad was served in a small bowl, which did not compare favorably to my experiences at other Chick-fil-A locations in the area.
Comparison with Bear, DE Location
For comparison, I have placed the same order at the Chick-fil-A in Bear, Delaware. At the Bear location, the salad was fresh, and everything I requested and paid for was included in the bag. I have never encountered any issues with the food or service at the Bear, Delaware Chick-fil-A.

We’ve gotten food here about 4 different occasions here and they were all through the app via their Mobile Thru service.
The issue is related to service and it’s very weird and strange of the staff working there. They have gotten the name on the order wrong on those occasions and they were all white girls who got them wrong. The one time they got it right was a black girl which was appreciated. It’s not expected to get the name right as it is uncommon. However when you say the name incorrectly we repeat the name back to them and they’ve all given the same reaction, they just stare and wait for you to grab the order. No “excuse me” or “my mistake” or “I apologize” nothing at all from them. It’s been very weird because it’s one thing to not say the name but to also have no manners towards it is very strange and intentional to me. It’s like bumping into someone and not saying anything just moving along. Either way it’s very rude, passive aggressive and dissatisfactory customer service. It doesn’t come down to just getting the name wrong but also the lack of accountability or effort.

Very clean and quick service. Workers very nice. Aryn came around and asked us how we are. Very sweet and friendly customer service. Van also had good customer service at the register and said my pleasure. Loved it!!!!

I’ve been here many times in both the drive thru and dine in with my 2 toddlers. The food is always accurate and the employees are always on top of everything. Geri stands out to me, she is so sweet and always there to help with anything. The play area is nice, I wish it had some heating in there in the winter and in the evenings there’s sometimes teenagers messing around in there and cursing which makes me nervous with 2 littles trying to play, I wish the employees would say something to them about it.

I always love me some good chick fil a for lunch. I come here often and after the new remodel it looks great! I love how they still have a good amount of booth seating. If I don’t get a booth I will kick and scream like a toddler throwing a tantrum till I get one!

As a vegetarian this is my preferred choice of lunch in middletown! not only is this location favorite chick-fil-a in the state! no other location can match the kindness and hospitality that this one provides! The service does not fault or differ if i go to the drive thru or dine in! You can never go wrong with the southwest veggie wrap, the iconic fries and the best drink they have , in my opinion, the sun joy!
