I can’t understand why they have their employees stand outside in the cold and rain to take orders. You don’t even get to see the menu before you’re asked what you want.. then they have these kids walking in front of traffic to give out orders. The food is always good, the employees are always sweet.. Just missing the point of making their employees do this.

Downloaded the mobile app to order food at this location. 10:15am it will not allow me to order lunch. We don’t make lunch until 10:30am. Fine, we’ll order breakfast. Place order in app. Drive to store location.
Pull up and we’re told they are no longer serving breakfast!? They can’t fulfill my order. Did we want something else?
No. You already charged me. I don’t have time to reorder food for 3 people. Why would you not have made it when the order came in? Why did waste my time coming here and you still took my money.
I can only assume this location is poorly managed if things like this happen to first time app customers.
Deleted the app. Going without food. Thank you for this experience. Hopefully others see this.

This place just got a refresh which took it from good to better! The food is amazing. ✅The place is not perfectly clean but it’s pretty good when being compared to the competition. Definitely worth going here.
Waffle fries are a favorite.

Always great food, helpful and patient employees and our 1 year old enjoyed herself too. She loved the pictures of other children on the wall and enjoyed waving and saying hi to them. LOL. I think she may have wondered why they weren’t waving back at her though. A great place to find refreshment and rest during a busy day of shopping.

Stopped into Chic Fil A for a quick lunch after watching my son compete at a competition at “Time to Rise Fitness”. There was a line but it moved very quickly. The food arrived correct. It was okay but not anything to rave about. I don’t care for the chicken tenders. The establishment was very clean and all the staff were very kind.

(Oh wow, and the food is cold smh) This really might be the most unorganized chick fil a. The wait is always extremely long no matter you go inside or drive thru. This is the 3rd time the left lane went 10x faster than the right lane. I now have my food along with 4 other cars behind me, but we’re all waiting for the car in front with a massive order. I asked one of the workers if they could move the car to the mobile order parking spot to let us go but refused

Got in line before 10:30 and was slowed down due to lunch rush. Changed my order to pickup inside and by 4 min my order was cancelled becuase of unnecessary lunch time. Completely useless staff inside at pickup. Showed my order and told unfortunately I could only order lunch. I did but willl stop buying from this location.

This place is as high quality as any of the other local chick fil as. We stopped by the drive thru later in the evening and were still greeted with a smile. Food was hot and fresh.
