We had a fantastic experience at this Chick-fil-A! From the moment we walked in, the team was friendly and welcoming, but we especially want to highlight Stephanie, the assistant manager. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for customers really stood out. On December 3rd, I ordered a Cobb Salad for delivery from this Chick-fil-A, and it was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. The salad greens were clearly not washed properly – there was visible dirt on the leaves, and from the first bite I kept crunching on grit and small pieces of stone. It was so disgusting I couldn’t finish it.
I had also added strawberries as an extra topping, and they were clearly spoiled. They smelled almost like vinegar or alcohol, as if they were fermenting. There is no way this should have passed any kind of basic freshness or quality check.
I’ve trusted this brand for a long time because you advertise yourselves as a Christian company that uses good, high-quality ingredients. This experience completely shattered that trust. This isn’t just a minor mistake – it’s a serious food safety and hygiene issue.
Please take your quality control seriously: wash your produce properly, check toppings for freshness, and stop sending out spoiled food. If you’re going to use Christian values in your marketing, then live up to them. Don’t drag other Christians’ name down by serving food in this condition.

Highly functioning chick fil a with a mobile-thru for online orders. Very high level of service and the food is always on the money. Sometimes an item can be misplaced, a sauce perhaps. Only recommend to check what’s in the bag before driving off. But this has only happened very small percentage of the time. Overall, a great experience.

Another terrific Chick-fil-a location. This location was just remodeled in 2023 and i setup pretty nicely. The drive through line has been much improved with dual lanes and a covered ordering section. On the inside of the restaurant, there are lots of tables, but they sadly seem to have gotten rid of the children’s play area. The workers were very friendly and I received my food quickly.

It is always chaotic and they mess up my order every time I go with my family which I understand happens, but every single time? It can be frustrating having to go through the drive thru all over again. But last time I went was the last straw. Went to go get my usual order with my family. They ended up giving us someone else’s order with the same name which has never happened to us but we understood it was probably an honest mistake. The way it was handled by the employees outside though, especially by this one girl, was ridiculous. We came back around to try and talk to the same guy that took our order only because he was the one we talked to and we were sure he would remember us and could help us fix this much quicker. Another girl ended up approaching us, didn’t catch her name but she had dyed hair I believe. We calmly explained to her that there was a mistake and how we wanted to talk to the original guy who took our order just to make things easier for everyone since we knew he’d remember we just ordered. She immediately got defensive and started attacking us saying we were being rude by asking for him, that it’s not fault and that there is no reason to blame him. We were so confused because we never blamed anyone, we just wanted to talk to him so we wouldn’t have to start from zero and explain the situation to someone new. This girl was rude and unprofessional and did not even apologize to us for the way she talked to us even after we explained the situation to her. She just sent us away. We ended up having to reorder all over again with someone else, wait, and then pay a second time! In the end, we weren’t even given condiments and the food was not worth all that hassle we had to go through to get it. That did not go at all how we expected and we are extremely disappointed. Up to this point, we hadn’t had the best experiences there, but that girl ruined this place for us. Bad customer service. Terrible experience. Never coming back here again.

Everytime I go to this chick fil a i’m always disappointed, I went last night and ordered LARGE fries and I was given small fries serving in a large fries containers. This isn’t the first time it happens and they never do military discount, whereas quakertown and montgomeryville does. The diet dr pepper is always missing syrup, which i assume is very popular, and they don’t change it enough.

I am very disappointed with the service. I have gone through mobile checkout at 4:30 and have never had a bad experience like this one. The wait was about 10 minutes then asked to pull off to the side. Ice cream was almost melting. Very disappointed
