Luckily was able to go to another store that was quick and and able to fulfill my order.. thank you, Lionsville # 01527. I hope this store sees it and is able to aspire to be better…. If you need any help Lionsville will be open till 10:00 and would be more than happy to assist you.

Early morning run through the drive thru, open time 6:30am. Nuggets were NOT cooked all the way through. You know that gross texture you get when you’ve bitten into chicken that’s not completely done, yeah, that one. I would gladly wait a few extra minutes for chicken to be cooked well!

My go to Chick fila A near Downingtown area. There is one in Exton probably 15 minutes away from this one, where the service is definitely better. But this one is not bad either. Easy to get into this location but tough as there are 2 lines and the boys/girls do their best to deliver in the evenings to get the orders delivered to the car. But it takes a long wait most of the times. I would recommend just park and go pickup inside.
The food as such is a typical Chick fil a food and their shakes and fries are definitely a great choice.

If there was a template for how fast food (and I hate to call them that) chains, Chick-fil-A is it. The busiest food chain by far, with most personal of service. The youngsters they hire are always friendly, courteous and smiling, not to mention the best chicken sandwiches on the market. Cheers to the Chick!

I have been a long time patron of this location. Today is the first time I ever experienced an adverse experience. I was in the drive-thru and was attempting to use my birthday reward for a free entree (I am a Signature Rewards Member). It wouldn’t take the item off (which was a 4 count strip). The young lady taking my order was very nice and continued to attempt to help me. After a few tries she said that she was going to have me pull around and have me speak to the manager. The manager proceeds to ask me if I was attempting to use a birthday reward. I show her the reward and that it states that an entree can be chosen for free. She attempts to scan the reward from the app several times and then later tells me that the app did not like the strips as a selection and was there anything else that I wanted like a sandwich. I obliged, even though I didn’t really want. I had a taste for the strips. I felt that she could have overridden that it wasn’t taking it. It was a reward that stated I could chose an entree of my choice. When my tone got a little deflated she seemed to get some extra uumph in her tone and that was not satisfactory to me. I also asked her if the bread for the sandwich could be changed from white to multi-grain and she proceeded to act as if she didn’t hear me. There were a few other things that came up, that our trivial in the grand scheme of things, but it aligned with her poor attitude about the whole incident. It really turned me off and I am glad that there are other nearby locations because I now will be frequenting them. At the end of the day they could have solved the issue and allowed me to celebrate my birthday with the entree of my choice. It was not my fault that the system wasn’t honoring a reward that they offered.

Drove through for a quick late night bite with my fiancé and the manager Mark was very friendly. It was obvious that he cared about his customers and his employees, through the way he shows respect and teaches the young people that work there how to treat the customers. Awesome to see a leader care like that.

Stopped at this Chick-fil-A for my girlfriend to get her birthday cookie. First we ordered the COOKIE and didn’t get a “my pleasure” or even a happy birthday. Next we went to wait in line for a while to get a singular COOKIE which turned out to be a brownie. Still no “my pleasure”. Went back around the drive through and the guy taking our order said that he heard brownie instead of cookie so he said pull around to tell them at the pick up area. His mistake, no big deal. I said thank you and still didn’t get a “my pleasure”. Went back to the pick up area and explained what happened then we got the cookie. No “my pleasure” once again and the cookie wasnt warm.

The staff and management are incompetent. It’s no wonder why the employees are so unorganized and poorly trained. It’s starts with management and at this location, the management needs to replaced immediately! They are so unorganized I don’t know where to begin, so I’ll simply say to anyone considering this location, go elsewhere, unless you enjoy cold, soggy and wrong orders, over and over and over again! It’s truly inexcusable behavior and to make things worse, if that’s even possible, they do-not support the US Military, which is despicable and appalling behavior! I definitely do-not recommend this place to anyone. Have a Blessed day….

I ordered through the app and for some reason I wasn’t able to scan the QR code. Brooklyn was taking orders in the first lane and when she finished she asked if I needed help. She was able to assist me and she figured it out. But while she was helping me an older man came out yelling at her to tell me I need to pull forward because I can’t just sit in the lane when she was clearly helping me. Didn’t ask if there was an issue or if he could help. He as very rude. Brooklyn was great and the definition of great customer service!
