Had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A in Willow Grove Mall! The chicken deluxe and nuggets were so tasty and delicious. I couldn’t get enough of them! But what really made the visit special was Shavay’s kind and attentive approach. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. Worst service from chick fil a ever. This location is not at all up to standards. Seems like the orders aren’t complete here until they’ve sat bagged up on the table for 5 minutes while the front counter staff wastes time acting loud and obnoxious in front of customers. This isn’t surprising from other fast food restaurants but chick fil a has usually done better than this. Seems they need to hire some quality management as opposed to whatever substandard leadership is in there now.
