This spot was pretty good. Haven’t had the chick in a minute but great value. The new soda float shake thing is a prime example of mid, so I don’t recommend that across any of the chain’s locations.

Lately Chick- Fil-A has been going down hill. I know they would replace anything rather than get a bad review. It has to stop! 1. We all know we get small fries here and there but 1/4 – 1/2 of the fries are just crumbs of fries. You advertise waffle fries, I do get it not every fry looks exactly like a waffle. Purposely putting fry crumbs at the bottom has to stop. The milkshake was super soft rather it’s usually self nice and thick it was still good obviously. Also when someone orders sauces and white cheese sauce please give them more than 2 napkins like come on we all know it gets everywhere. That’s a wrap for now check your fries. Here’s a photo of the fries napkins well are used next time I’ll check before I start eating.

My family and I come to this Chick-fil-A a lot, nearly every time our orders got messed up somehow. I understand that when there’s rush or when it’s busy, it’s easy to make mistakes and that everyone makes mistakes. But today was not busy, and when we received our order, the drink was wrong again, I ordered a Pineapple Dragonfruit Sweet Tea with no ice, they handed me a Pineapple Dragonfruit lemonade. I told the young man who handed us the order that the drink was wrong and that I ordered a Pineapple Dragonfruit Sweet Tea with no ice not the lemonade. A couple minutes later he came back with a new one, again with lemonade in it. They also forgot the three ice cream cups that we ordered, but we did receive the correct ones after telling them. I know this is a long review/ complaint and that the young employees don’t care enough, but I’m hoping that you guys could do something to fix such problem.

I had a issue with my order with two meals in drive thru i purchased I wasn’t given a receipt so I couldn’t scan for points when I called after I got home the women was very sweet she didn’t say her name but offered to replaced 3 meals for the inconvenience and said she would make note and I can come back to get replaced same day which was last Friday well I didn’t make it back there on Friday !so I called on Monday to see if it can be sent to my app so we can just go anytime I spoke to Adam and he explained that I wasn’t there on Friday my app is showing I haven’t been there since Nov 4 th and there’s no record of my order but I gave him the order number on the wrap box cuz my sister didn’t eat her sandwich cuz it wasn’t right but he said there’s no record of my order at all I tried to explain I didn’t get a receipt but it didn’t even matter ! He said all he can do is for single items NOT the meals he only sent for single use items for a milkshake frosted coffee and my sandwich which I feel both our meals should have been replaced because my grilled chicken sandwich was cold we didn’t get the sauce for the southwest veggie wrap and our frosted peppermint coffee cup was split open went everywhere! he shouldn’t of told me I haven’t been there when I was I visit this store often !! I feel that he was very unprofessional and needs to know that customers are always right !this store has definitely gone down hill since they opened new store and put mary at new store !!mary needs to come back here she is amazing

Spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru during my 30-minute break. I was in the outside lane while about 11 cars from the inside lane went ahead of me, even though we arrived at the same time. Finally got my order, but the lane management was frustrating and defeated the whole point of a quick stop.

I don’t use it do reviews like this just for random fast food places, but I usually hold Chick-fil-A to a higher standard in this particular. Chick-fil-A is the slowest one that I ever been to in my life. I am in line right now and I’ve probably been here already 20 minutes. I’m sorry but I’ve never spent this long in a Chick-fil-A line McDonald’s, Burger King, White Castle, but never Chick-fil-A I don’t know what’s going on, but that is an important thing to know and it’s only Thursday. Then when I finally get to the window, there has to be at least seven orders on the counter no lie seven orders and one person taking a slow time passing them out that was crazy and still was missing something from my bag.

They mixed up my order …..didn’t get my milkshake… there were 2 other customers complaining of the same as I was ordering my meal on drive through service.
The lines are long its best if you order pick up instead. The employees are kind and they try their best.

I did have all five stars on this chick fil a, however I recently changed it to all three stars. The food, service, and overall atmosphere have dramatically dropped. I noticed this started around the time the new Chick-fil-A a few miles down the road opened. This could have absolutely nothing to do with it, just thought I’d mention.

I always had a great experience until this past Thursday. I order ahead from the parking lot. I was heading down the road for a business trip in Delaware. I was very disappointed the fries were cold and dry. I’m not certain if they gave me a order that was canceled and had been sitting. I was very upset, I did not have time to return to make a formal complaint. Make certain every order is made like it your meal.
