This Chick-fil-a is top tier. From the cleanliness of the restaurant to the service and the employees. Even when crowded which is almost always, they always get food out in a reasonable amount of time and piping hot (or ice cold if you got a milkshake, which I recommend). I go out of my way to go to this location because of the positive experiences I’ve had here.

I was very disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit to this Chick-fil-A today. I stopped in with my daughter after leaving Linvilla Orchards, and we were skipped in line. A customer who came in after us was allowed to place his order before we were addressed. When I brought this to the employee’s attention, they still allowed him to continue ordering.

This should have been corrected immediately, but it wasn’t. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standard of customer service I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A, and I won’t be returning to this location.

I ordered a Cobb salad and a medium Mac and cheese they the drive through. Had to pull up and wait. Got home. No Mac and cheese. The receipt in the bag was not mine. It was for nuggets and fries.

Specified extra pickles three times. Get home and alas, no pickle. It even specified on the bag no pickles. Where is the disconnect? Also no sauces. If this was a one off incident I wouldn’t mention it but this is common occurrence.

There could be 100 cars in the drive through and you’ll still be out in 5 minutes. The staff is so friendly and polite. The order is always correct. The service is fast. We love our local Chick-fil-a!
Update: Today we had breakfast in our jammies with the Moo Cow. They had arts and crafts which the kids enjoyed, especially our daughter. We had a great time!
