I was there for dinner on 12/29/25 around 5pm and Josh was amazing. My son has special needs and needs a physical menu to point to what he wants. The inside did not have any paper menus but Josh went out of his way to go outside and grab one. And then my son put a hole in his cup immediately after getting it and without hesitation Josh took it and made us a new one. I appreciate the kindness and having my son feel welcomed.

My husband and I went for lunch on valentines day. During conversation with the cashier we said it was our 40th anniversary. They paid for the whole meal.!
Of all the places we could have gone, we picked chick fil a. And I’m so glad we did. They made our day a little extra special. With a nice memory. The food was fresh and delicious as usual. And the staff were so cheerful. Its refreshing. Thank you again!

Mobile order line was fantastic, wish we would’ve gotten our food a little faster. The frosted lemonades are delicious and the chocolate chip cookies are warm and gooey and delicious.

Used the drive through and the service was great. Very personable team interacted with three employees all friendly and smiling and using my name after first giving it. Customer service here is superb… Not doing any other fast food anytime soon. The food was very good ordered Cobbb Salad.

Almost a weekly ritual for me to visit this joint. Chicken Nuggets and the spicy chicken sandwich are the best. Can’t complain about the potato fries too. They look much fresh than the usual french fries we get in other places!

This Chick Fil A does what every other Chick Fil A does. They are exceptional at not forgetting things. Fast service and quality food as per the Chick Fil A standard. Outside of the store is clean. The parking lot is a little odd and empties to the Wawa on the left which makes for a lot of traffic. It’s a busy area of Quakertown but the restaurant is nestled into a nice shopping center with an Aldi, BJ’s, Best Buy and Target.
