This chikfila is built for massive lines. Its twice the size of our local store. The boy prefer this over hibachi but I wasnt complaining. Hes a cheap date. I never had a bad experience when we venture to the mountains. Think of it as being blessed by holy chicken before you hit the snowy ski trails.

Sad to say not all chick fil a’s are the same! An employee walked up to the counter and asked if I was picking up, I said I would like to order. He then ask someone else to take my order. After a bit I see my order ready. Easy to spot kids meals. Same guy walks by it, picked it up a few times and leaves it. I wait 5 mins before a girl walks by, picks up my bag and calls my name. My order had been ready this whole time. If you see someone standing there, you have a line of food, wouldn’t you ask me.

This location always has issues with the volume of orders during lunch rush. Items aren’t completed on time resulting in hot food getting cold to wait for a milkshake. Staff need better training.

I am not sure what the hell the people’s problem is here in Stroudsburg. I have never seen a Chick-fil-A line take that freaking long for french fries nuggets and a sandwich. And when I got up there the gentleman told me that it wasn’t me it was the gentleman in front of me. But they decided to hold the entire lineup because of that. I’m frustrated Angry and honestly really just hate Chick-fil-A.

Watched the manager bag my food and set it on the back counter and walk away.

They were more interested in gossiping with each other and drive through orders to take care of already. Rude employees.
