As much as I love the food at Chick fil-a, the execution of the food keeps getting worse. I didn’t post last time because I thought maybe it was a fluke, but it happened again. First, my husband and I were missing half our order. We didn’t have our 5 piece chicken nugget, nor our other sandwich. We got my sandwich and a fry. I go in, they give me what was missing, no big deal. Then I go back out and open my sandwich, which was a spicy chicken deluxe and it’s missing the mayo and the Xtra Xtra pickle I ordered. (Pics below) I had already left, but this happened last time too. If it happens next time, then this one gets 1 star.

This location is an epic fail. They were fantastic before. Now it is slow the food is not as good the employees are confused because they are new or defensive because people are annoyed that it takes so long to get through the drive-thru. This remodel that we’ve all waited breathlessly for and was supposed to make things easier. It did not do that. I live in Topton but I will gladly drive to Whitehall to not have to relive that experience the soggy fries the hard nuggets or being a hostage on the drive through line of trexlertown location. The one bright spot in tonight’s experience was the young man who was very polite and helpful. He wasn’t a regular employee he was some sort of management wearing a button down blue shirt. I’m sorry to say I did not get his name. ❤️

Dont care for the new drive thru set up at the Trexlertown location. No cars were served at the window when you pay they ask you to pull forward and bring your order to you. It took longer and just doesn’t make sense.

I went the day after they reopend this location. Drive thru took about 45 minutes. They gave me breaded nuggets instead of grilled and the chicken on my salad was rubbery and mostly not edible. I am going going to stay away until the reopening craze dies down then we’ll see if things improve.

Food is always phenomenal: hot, fresh, delicious. Service 4/5 because we were given the wrong side for our child’s meal, but that was quickly fixed no questioned asked. Atmosphere 4/5 because there were several visibly dirty tables that could have been cleaned more promptly between patrons.
