We arrived there for lunch. The two guys working the counter greeted us as we walked in. They were very nice, friendly and fun to talk too as we placed our order. The staff member that was working in the lobby was very friendly and nice. He greeted the customers that were eating in the lobby. He also would ask customers if they needed anything or refills while they were eating there. I thought that was great service and he got me a refill. They also have an indoor play area for children. There were several children playing in there having fun while the adults were sitting in the lobby.

Last time this place was spot on, fresh, delicious, excellent service. Tonight, unfortunately, service was so so, fries & nuggets were lukewarm ( HOW can they be cold when it was still so busy?!?!?) And they forgot some of the order. I have been spoiled before with near perfection at Chick-fil-A that to receive standard service and quality feels unholy somehow.

this chick fil a location does not disappoint yo my order never be wrong. The managers must be running that kitchen like the military because my food is always fresh out the fryer, the employees sound like AI, and they get you in and out. This is one of the fastest drive-thru’s I’ve ever been to. They will never forget your sauce and always put a notebook of napkins in every bag.

This Chick Fil A is simply the best one in the Lehigh Valley. The service is phenomenal! I went through if h the drive through, and the young girl working was so friendly and thorough. While I was waiting for my meal, she made sure to stop and ask me how my day was and continued a great conversation. Definitely made for a great experience!

Definitely my guilty pleasure fast food place. Staff is very friendly, food is fresh, food is hot. I would like to say, though I believe this place is worth a 5-stay review, the past few weeks there’s been way too much salt on the fries. To the point where I couldn’t even finish them because they had an extremely thick amount of salt. Also, please bring back bigger dishes of cheese sauce. Thanks!

The manager Paul (I think ) was easily the best employee I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. He knew the customers by name. And asked everyone if everything was up to par. I have been to 5 star restaurant with worse service. That’s all a credit to Paul.

I’ve been going to this place for a while, and I usually don’t write reviews. But today, was my girlfriends birthday. Her only request was a dinner at texas roadhouse, they took no reservations so we had no choice but to just show up. They, however, were extremely busy, and said “it’ll be an hour wait.” They can get bent. Chic-fil-a whitehall, you saved my girlfriends birthday by providing us with friendly service, great food, and little to no wait time at that. DESPITE BEING BUSY!!!!
Most importantly, you saved my girlfriends birthday, that is the best thing I could ever ask for.

I decided to get some Chick-fil-A that is out my way. I know how the lines are but I waited anyway in the drive thur. I paid for my food and they told me to wait by the side so thats what I did. I waited about 15 minutes for my food and never received it so I went inside to talk to a manager. The whole time while I was talking to the manager he seemed like he didn’t care and told me “oh well they probably gave your food to someone else”. Didn’t even offer to redo my order and I told him if this is how they treat their customers cause if so I don’t want to come back ever again. I asked for a refund cause what else I can do cause the service here sucks. I lost my appetite just for patiently waiting.
