I usually use the drive-thru but today I decided to go inside. That turned out to be a wise decision, the service was quick and the food was brought to our table in a matter of minutes. The service was very fast and friendly and the food as always, was delicious!

I have never been a big fan of coming into fast food places because the customer service seems to get worse by day, but I came into visit yesterday afternoon for the first time, and may I say, Miss Lexci is an AMAZING cashier! She is very sweet and was quick to address any questions I had! You don’t see kids her age with that amount of professionalism. Well done Lexci, and thank you for making my first time at Chick-Fil-A Williamsport an experience I won’t forget!

Excited to have a Chik fil a close. An hour away is always worth the trip. Food is always fantastic!! Yesterday we sat inside to enjoy our lunch. BIG MISTAKE! The drive thru door that the employees step through to deliver food to vehicles was open the entire 20 minutes we were there. It’s 30
Degrees out!! The dining room was cold and by the time my husband received his fries, they were cold. Sandwiches and soup were warm enough to enjoy. Not sure if the door design was a good idea for the winters in Williamsport.

Very nice experience here, the cashier (Kris or Krissy was her name) was so sweet and kind taking my order. The food was fresh and delicious as always. My only gripe is they didn’t have Cherry Coke at this location, but all good! Happy to see that Chick Fil A is in Williamsport finally!

It’s a Chick-fil-A. This one is brand new. Service is fair. Has long lines and wait, but getting better. Food is good and what you’d expect from Chick-fil-A quality. The property is bland and weird. The parking lot and drivethru is bizaar and not well laid out or marked. Traffic from the street and in the lot feels a bit dangerous. Very confusing unless you’ve been there before. The interior has no atmosphere unless they’re going for austere, naval ship cafeteria. I get that Door Dash and drive thru business for the college and travelers is their primary focus now, but it’s institutional interior is not very warm or inviting. Overall I’m glad we finally got one, but it’s not what I’m used to for this brand.

Came for lunch on a Friday afternoon (their second day open). Waited about 5 minutes in line to order, picked out a nice outdoor table on their patio with a view of the American flag, and food came out in about 2-3 minutes. All of it was amazing! Love Jesus, love Jesus chickn!

Our family has stopped several times since they have opened! Everything has been terrific! Food is fabulous employees are great and the line for drive thru went way faster than we thought! Great job will be back!

I stopped at this location tonight for a meal with my one year old son and husband. I was absolutely DISGUSTED by that I witnessed. We watched two 10/12 year old kids go into the play place unattended. They were obviously too old to be in there. One was using a pole to pretend to be a stripper. There was a commotion and we watched one of those kids start kicking a 4 year old little boy. The boys father was understandably upset. He yelled at the kids who walked out and sat at a table laughing on their phones. They were loitering. They didn’t order anything, they were clearly friends with someone who worked there. A manager was nowhere to be found. Literally the entire dining room stood up when this happened and not a single chik fil a employee came out to address the situation. The one employee that did come out was friends with the kids and I watched her stare down that family as they walked out. The staff should be ashamed and so should Chik fil a. The situation should be investigated and the manager and the employee should be fired. I’ll never return to this location and I think parents should beware, because it isn’t safe for children.
